I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. During that time, I noticed every other customer being helped without issue. I was also the only African American customer there. When it was finally my turn, the reader immediately asked me to show proof of payment. Customers are required to pay beforehand which I had already done and I didn't see her ask anyone else for a receipt. The request felt targeted, and the energy shifted from that moment on. I ultimately felt uncomfortable enough to ask for a refund. While my past visits were positive, this experience left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Because of that, I will not be returning to this location.
