All she had offered me is a $20 discount on my next reading, but why would I get a second reading if I can't even get the first one I paid for. The sit is miss leading in the since that you can pay the extra money for the 4 hr response and then after check out it tells you it will be more like 24 - 48 hrs. For me it is now closing in on 72 hrs as I write this. I have asked for a refund of even just the difference in pricing and still nothing no refund and no reading.
