I had a concern about something after the service, and as soon as I brought it up, they addressed it immediately with no complaints or hassle. They communicated professionally, listened to my concern, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Afterwards, my husband and I called Eco-Tint to confirm a day to go in with our Chrysler Pacifica minivan. We had arrived before 7:30 for an early check-in process. A team member at the front desk assisted us with the check-in process. She confirmed the type of tint and measured the current transparency in the windows. I came to Eco Tint because members of my family have used them before and had great things to say. Based on what I've heard (especially from the car guys in my family), they do excellent work and use high-quality tint materials. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone I spoke with was friendly. I'm new to owning a Tesla, so there was a bit of a gap in my knowledge--I didn't realize I should have brought my key card with me. Thankfully, the technician and the front desk receptionist worked together to figure out a solution. They had me give the technician access to my Tesla profile so he could download the app and access the car that way. I appreciated them helping me troubleshoot that because it saved me a 25-minute drive back home to grab the key card. If there's one area that could be improved, it would be communication. I wish the person I had been texting beforehand about pricing had sent a quick message explaining what to expect for the appointment or anything I should bring in advance--like the key card situation. The second communication issue happened when I dropped off the car. When I asked how long the tint would take, the front desk receptionist seemed maybe a little annoyed by the question and said something along the lines of, "It's Friday--it could take five hours." I dropped my car off around 10:30 AM, so that would have meant about 3:30 PM. After killing some time at Town Square nearby, I walked back to Eco Tint around 1:45 PM. I honestly wasn't expecting my car to be ready yet based on what I had been told, but to my pleasant surprise it was already finished. The only downside was that no one had called or texted to let me know it was done. I would have appreciated that update so I didn't feel like I needed to keep wandering around waiting for the full five hours. This is the second car I've brought to Eco Tint, and the guys in the back absolutely kill it. The tint is perfect every time. Honestly, if I could check in directly with them, this review would be five stars. The front desk, though... it's like walking into the DMV's customer service training program. I walked in, and the older cashier was so focused on her phone I started wondering if I should text her instead of standing there. No "Hi," no "Welcome," nothing. I just stood there in silence until she finally spoke with a "Can I help you?" that somehow sounded more like, "Why are you here?" For a second I thought maybe I accidentally walked into the employee break room. Or maybe I looked homeless that day. I don't know. I showered... I'm pretty sure. The other cashier wasn't much better. Between the two of them, I felt like I had interrupted an emergency meeting about not wanting customers. What's funny is I keep coming back anyway. That's how good the work is. The owner clearly takes a lot of pride in this place. The shop is spotless, the waiting lounge is actually nice, there are snacks, and everything feels first class. You can tell the owner is a perfectionist, and it shows in the quality of the tint. I just wish the front counter got the same level of attention. The side and rear windows came out great, but I had a lot of trouble with the windshield tint--it had to be redone three times, and in the end I decided to have it removed. One of my side windows also needed to be redone early on, and it came out great the second time. The big plus here was the customer service. I came to Eco-Tint to get my newly purchased vehicle tinted after discussing pricing and materials through the Yelp Estimate Portal. There's plenty of shops out there with cheaper products and less than ideal product. It's expensive to be cheap and so I reached out to 10+ shops asking about pricing and what not. Eco-Tint was the only shop to reach out with what film they use, what product they recommend, and any other questions I had. This was a huge plus for me since I was able to do a bit of research online and find out that the tint product they use is industry standard and often highly recommended by other industry professionals. Mike was able to get me pricing in a timely matter and all that was left to be done was to set-up an appointment and drop off the vehicle to get tinted. To my surprise, my vehicle was done 2 hours later. I had initially assumed this was going to be an all day install since I've spent full days at other shops waiting for my tint to be applied. Sometimes things go wrong in life and sometimes with a tint job things go wrong. I took my new Tesla model Y to Eco-Tint for a windshield and side window tint job since I have used Eco-Tint for years and have always had great results! Well this time there were a few hiccups! To start unfortunately the installer accidently broke the front windshield when installing the exterior tint. The installer immediately called me and owned up to the mistake and informed me that Tesla would only accept the vehicle from me and they could not take it to Tesla. So I picked up the car took it to Tesla and during their inspection process found that the side window was cracked as well (Of course) So I contacted Eco-Tint and they stood behind their work and said they would pay to have it replaced. No arguing,No Drama, No BS! Once the car was repaired I took the car back to Eco-Tint and they completed and redid the job that day! On top of that they reimbursed me immediatley for the repairs from Tesla. This was a masterclass in customer service and how to make a bad situation good! How to stand behind your work good or bad!
