We have received various treatments including ultrasound and vibration therapy, acupuncture, physio, chiropractic and my favorite massage. the admins at this office are so helpful and will work with you to find the best times to attend treatment sessions. This is important as we both work full time. The staff are knowledgeable in their respective fields and explain treatments as well as how to maintain a level of comfort between treatments. The clinic is clean and bright with a friendly warm atmosphere and is located on the TTC line. The hours are convenient for most. I highly recommend this clinic don't let pain rule your world.

I was given a day and time for a new appointment and when I called to confirm the day of, the receptionist told me she doesn't have my name on the list. She kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that someone rescheduled my appointment when I called days ago. I told her I really need the massage as a post-surgical requirement but she kept telling me in a very unapologetic way that there's nothing she can do about it and that she doesn't remember rescheduling my appointment (my call logs prove otherwise). I recommend going to other places for massage therapy and physiotherapy because this place doesn't care about its clients. Now I have to suffer through my condition a little longer and I have to look for a new place at the last minute to have my lymphatic massage...

After multiple conversations and callbacks, I was assured they had the appropriate specialists on staff and was booked accordingly. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that the practitioner I was booked with was not the specialist I had been represented to be seeing, and was not even a fully licensed physiotherapist, but a resident. This was never clearly communicated to me in advance. I do not blame the practitioner personally -- the problem was the clinic's poor booking process, misleading communication, and failure to set accurate expectations. What made the situation far worse was how the clinic handled my complaint afterward. I raised my concerns in person and was told someone would investigate what went wrong and get back to me. No one ever did. I later followed up myself, cancelled my second appointment because I had completely lost confidence in the clinic, and repeatedly asked to speak directly with the owner. The owner refused to speak with me and only communicated through the receptionist. Instead of taking accountability or offering a fair resolution, they told me that if I ever wanted to return, I would have to pay for another full initial appointment all over again. They then tried to present a small discount on a future session as though it were a meaningful gesture, but that "discount" only applied after I first paid for another full initial assessment. In other words, the offer was essentially a trap: spend more money first, then receive a token reduction later, after they had already wasted my time and money the first time. This was a colossal waste of time, energy, and money. What was most unacceptable was not just the original mix-up, but the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I've had at least 100+ massages before, because I've had back pain since I was a child and I can say with all honesty that I have never had such amazing deep tissue massages before.

During the pandemic, the Clinic asks clients to use hand sanitizer upon entering, keep their masks on during their visit, which includes treatment, temperature checks and staggered appointments. THIS review is about my Physio treatment with Melissa. I wanted to see Melissa because of her dry needling skills. Melissa completed an assessment of my body, performed treatment and offered me home exercises. Melissa was professional, courteous and efficient. I really enjoyed the compassion and thought in her treatment. I wish I could have expressed that to her, but I was so "blissed out" after the treatment that I didn't. For those of you whom are sensitive or gentle, Melissa regularly checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable. After my treatment, Melissa emailed me a link to an app with specific set of exercises tailor to my needs. I was really impressed with that, and Melissa and the Clinic. I will definitely be returning.

It beggars belief that a wellness clinic refuses to impose a vaccine mandate -- thereby putting its clients, it's employees, and the wider community at risk of a deadly plague. Whatever you needs are (WSIB- car accident) they are knowledgeable with paperwork and all types of claims. The place is always busy. Parking sometimes is scares. But they do the best to get in quickly. Very happy with this place and have been coming here for years.
