I've had an EMG since and have both tendonitis in both of my wrists as well as carpal tunnel in both my wrists. I was in pain before seeing the dr and every day tasks were already challenging. After seeing the dr, my right hand became unbearable to do the simplest tasks bc I am right handed. I came into the office more than once in tears from all the pain from rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder. Casey (don't know her last name) was so encouraging and sympathetic to my needs. Most therapists have said, "Oh well, too bad, lets start our exercises for the day," with no sympathy or empathy concerning me. Casey also mentioned a time or two that she was taking courses on the weekends to be a better therapist. I want to thank her for taking time out of her weekends to improve her craft. Friday, March 2, 2018, is my last day with Casey. I have just learned that I will be having total right knee replacement later this summer and you can bet that I will be back to see Casey again for my rehabilitation! This gal needs a raise!! As for the doctors, I adore and trust Dr. Sanders. He did surgery on both of my shoulders, with no complications, now and I have full mobility. I give it 3 stars bc 1. the walk in clinic relies on xrays, even for soft tissue damage and over relies on physical therapy. They are extremely conservative with teen soft tissue injuries and I hate to see my own child and other teens lose months of their lives being active bc they are limited by the pain. And 2. Both of my hip and knee pain from injuries was not taken as seriously (in regards to medical intervention) as it felt. Just be aware that you have to be your child's advocate and pursue second opinions.

If I was given a proposal for 30+ visits, I cannot imagine what older adults are coerced into subscribing. It feels like a suboxone clinic with multiple weekly visits are recommended for health/to prevent detox. Not everyone who does adjustments is a chiropractor, which was not communicated. I understand this is a business, but the lack of transparency with pricing, care aspects, and selling of services borderline intimidate people into treatment. This is not compassionate care.
