I've been in PT since 2012, and this is only my 2nd trip to their group. It wasn't easy to get to my former group since I moved. It's in downtown Chattanooga, which I thought at first traffic would be a problem, but not. Parking was plenty, easy access to the building. All the staff are nice and friendly, and follow up on your outside needs. I love these girl's, they're so nice and seem to know what they're doing. I I'm excited to get started again. Emma has worked with me so far and seems excited about working with me due to the fax that I'm a very difficult but interesting case/patient. Skilled and compassionate care. Unlike other PT places, you get 1-on-1 care. I've received soft tissue work, needling, and exercises, all targeted for my specific issues. The whole team is full of kind people, and Krystal has been fantastic to work with. read more

I really enjoyed working with Paul, he was very up front and easy to speak with. Unfortunately the person working at the front desk was so awful to me that I was left shaking with frustration every time I interacted with her. Every question I had about my billing was responded to with rudeness and derision. She seemed to take it personally that I asked to understand the ever-changing charges she levelled at me each week, and would roll her eyes and speak over me aggressively. I am happy to pay this practitioner for his time and expertise but will not be returning here because of his reactive and childish employee. read more

Paul and Jason at Chattanooga Physical Therapy are absolutely the best! Both my husband and I used their services over several months of recuperations from pretty serious surgeries. They listen, know what they're doing and helped both of us return to 100% health. Besides "traditional" physical therapy, they are experts at pain management and hands-on massage and stretching techniques that made a world of difference. Also, both my husband and I used other physical therapists before landing at Chattanooga Physical Therapy. Even though their office is pretty distant from our home, it was worth it to make the trip downtown Chattanooga just to receive their care. Highly recommend them! read more

I would recommend Chattanooga Physical Therapy to anyone seeking PT. They're very patient, not only with the therapy process but with the financial side of things as well. I switched insurance after my first visit, and my newest carrier gave them a hard time about my order for the therapy. As opposed to demanding payment at that time, Chattanooga PT allowed me to defer the payment until my next visit to give me time to clear things up with my insurance. Throughout the therapy process, they've continued to help me understand my body, and what I need to do in order to strengthen it and reduce my pain. I've always understood exactly what we were going to be doing over the next few weeks to ensure my recovery. At the end of every session they give me a diagram of all the exercises I need to do at home, and I have an resistance band they gave me for free during my first visit that I use every day. Very inexperienced therapist(s). I got a lecture on a moronic meme, I don't remember all the letters but it began with the letter B, which stood for "Be present" which was explained to me that it meant "be present in the world" and "in nature", at that point I tuned out and cancelled my next appointment. I should of had a clue when I walked in and noticed the sparse equipment. Got a whopping bill for $128.47 for 30 minutes, even though I gave them my insurance information they did not bill insurance. Called to discuss and was told sorry are receptionist who handles that is out this week. read more
