I left plenty of phone calls to request a callback when they were unavailable, but whoever picks up the phone, either never relayed the message or the person receiving the message does not care to call back. This is the kind of customer service they are so proud of. If it takes 2 months to apply a discount, can you imagine how much longer it would take them to file a claim?
