Only one cart per entrance and no map to Navigate through the place, I spent 20 mins looking for my space....

I am uncertain why I was selected to write a review, but here it is... I would tell anyone who is looking for storage to go ANYWHERE but Public Storage. Let me give a little insight into my feelings. On December 12th I received this text: PUBLIC STORAGE: Welcome, your space is ready! Your rental starts 12/12. Space 1674. That same day, I received the request for a review. Today, I received this text: Public Storage: Your account is delinquent - We have not received your balance due for this month and you must pay this obligation. Don't get stuck with a huge bill - please contact your property to settle your account or visit https://psurl.at/gNpWqqtEfP to pay online. Now may I add that prior to either of these messages I had rented the unit in November and paid for it. Then, I went to the unit two weeks later to find my lock had been cut off and two other locks replaced it. The office was closed so I went back home to look at my account online. I was set up for automatic billing and had been charged for the unit. However, it listed a different unit number. On the following business day, I went into the office to address the matter. I asked for the manager and explained the situation to the person who said she was the manager. I also explained that I had already looked online and it listed my unit as a different number. The manager said she would show me to my unit. I asked, "Oh so now you are saying I am stupid?!?!" She said, "no, I just want you to see your unit." The other lady in the office took me to the unit. I told her that I was never shown a unit in that building. Then I took her to MY unit where I had placed all of my clothes. She couldn't open my unit until given permission by the manager because she had to "follow protocol". After returning to the office, she received permission to open the unit. I checked and all of my things were still there. We returned to the office and I was advised that I owed more money because the unit that I was occupying was a higher rate than the one that was "assigned" to me. So I paid another $47.3. This was all on December 13. And I had already paid $54.90 on December 5 and $73.77 on November 6 when I first rented the closet-sized unit. I'm not really sure who determines the rates and manages the place but it really seems to be on auto-pilot. Therefore, I will be visiting the establishment tomorrow so I can end this relationship and close my wallet! read more

The employees who work here are trash! They all have disgusting attitudes and don't do what they are paid to do. They make up false accusations to try and recoup the first month fees I was falsely charged with leaving trash on property 250 when my first months rent was only 1 dollar .when approached as asked I told her no and she still placed it on my account. When asked to remove it or show me the tape she refused and stated it was nowhere in my policy that I had to pay 250 per this charge nor was it in there policy that the 250 charge was warranted. I been on the phone with the company and no one at the escalation customer service number ever gives a flying. F***k everyone is stating that it's some mystery person that has to call me back and I've been waiting for approx 3 weeks . Now I'm locked out my unit denied access and no one can put me in touch with the correct person to take this fake a** charge away . Do not rent from here all they do is sneaky tactics to crow money out of you . I'm very disappointed in this storage location they have the nerve to raise prices and employ tactics . Compartmentalize the system so u never speak with anyone who can do anything for you ! Seriously moving my stuff the second I gain access to my units there is some type of vermon crawling around in this place as well. And it's really really big . read more

Hands down THE best experience I've had with ANY public storage. I had to store my things here last minute and was just in a bind. The manager Ceddric and Ayrel were both ABSOLUTELY amazing. They treated me very kind and with respect. They didn't judge nor did they make me feel I was just another customer, they made me feel I was the ONLY customer and that I was their priority. Thank so much for being so kind and for even trying to make me feel better. I'm definitely recommending this place to others. I wish you both an amazing holiday season ahead. God bless!! read more
