Keep in mind, when you look online, the one month free rent is advertised. It is not an either or situation. Extremely frustrated and feeling taken and abused by this company. How will…read moreI expect to move any heavy items down in an upcoming move without having to coordinate a day when the elevator is working. Learned the elevator shuts down if doors held open too long. How do you move large heavy things off an elevator then if the doors don't stay open? Learned birds in the building can get easily electrocuted on wires and shut the entire facility down. Learned my lesson, never use a multiple floor storage unit, ever. How do you hold a facility like this accountable? Fire department? Very unhappy with service elevator.
