During business hours we arrived from out of town to find the gate inoperable and we were unable to access the units we had reserved in advance. Another gentleman was stuck INSIDE the facility, and we called customer service for hours only to be told that he could call police to break the gate but he was on camera and would be charged, or he could abandon his vehicle there over night. We had to leave and scramble at the last moment to find another storage facility that was still open in the area. After contact the next day, we were assured by the property manager and then the district manager that we would receive a FULL refund via check in the mail. This was initiated on September 28th, it is now almost a month later and not only do we not have a refund check but the district manager has stopped returning my calls. My office frequently uses storage facilities as part of our business, and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. read more

Once you sign up they will not answer calls, instead of leaving pointless voicemails like I did, call their phone and click 2 for new rentals/ registrations department. That is the only way to get them on the phone, they will also say someone stole the lock and charge you for it before you even arrive so you get double charged, luckily the regional manager owned up to it as a mistake and fixed the lock issue read more
