I had purchased some big ticket heavy items which were located in another town. They agreed to pick up the items and deliver them to me. I was going to meet them at the shop, but they told me they didn't need me there which again saved me a lot of time and energy. They are great!!

The next day he was still sick so I rescheduled for the next week to give him time to feel better. The next Tuesday I received a text wanting to change the time. I did not respond because that would not work out and it was not the agreed upon time. I texted him 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and he stated he was going to lunch with the family and it would have to be later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I scheduled with another company and would never recommend this place to anyone. If giving no stars was an option I would have! The replacement company got a nice tip!
