I rented a unit 4 months ago for a reasonable price. I have no issues with the facility. I just received notice that my rent is going up 30.1 % in 2 months. That is a huge increase! I would have given them a5 star rating prior to the price increase. read more

Staff here are always wonderful. Had a storage unit here for years with no issues. Move in and move out was easy and accessible. The price has gone up quite a lot over the years but pricing is always transparent and in line with what's advertised publicly. read more

The storage facility need some attention cords on the doors are old and the wood on the tops of the building needs repainted. Interiors are all good. Some lighting would be helpful Roof run off makes ice in the winter. They are competitive pricing but it's expensive and they raise the price every 6 months. read more

I set up a move in on 1/6/22 and was told the roads would get cleared that night 2 days after we got 6" of wet snow & ice. My moving truck got stuck in the facility and could not access the unit. The office person let us in but had to leave for the day and said the snow removal people didn't finish. I called corp. and told them the problem and they said they would review it. I put a dispute on the payment at my bank and got refunded. Now they have turned it over to collections. My movers said that they have had problems with them before. Called corp. they just said pay up! read more

Overall, our experience here was good. Access was easy and the staff I dealt with (Zach and Erik, I believe) were quite helpful especially when I was working to get things cleaned out quickly (the storage unit was for my in-laws and we needed to get it cleared out quickly after my father-in-law passed away unexpectedly. I'm not sure what costs are for similar units in Fort Collins and I did think things were a bit pricey but, all in all, we were happy with the place. read more

I moved to Colorado from out of state and chose this facility because its prices are competitive and it's near where I'm staying. The facility (manager?) kept in touch with me to make sure she would be available when I arrived in town (I ended up with a flat tire in Iowa). She also helped us find a unit that was easy to access with our truck and trailer. The unit size I reserved online was available when we arrived and I had the option to upgrade/downgrade as needed. The first month is actually $1, but billing is on the first of the month so if your lease starts on the 15th, you will get a prorated bill for the next month on the first. The only negative to my experience is that the facility is on a slope which made it a little awkward to unload. read more

This place is terrible, they say 1$ first month rent. Not true. The units are NOT the size Advertised and forcing people to buy insurance. 5hey also sent my bill to someone else. THIS IS 100% ILLEAGAL I HAVE NOW REPORTED THIS !!! There is other companies DO NOT USE this one!!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've rented two units here for almost two years with no issues and just received an email that one of my units is going up $45 per month that is $540 per year! a 25% increase in rent!! I called and no one answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY! read more

This place is terrible and doesn't care about it's customers. We moved in on a snow day and they did not plow. We asked them if they could help and the woman up front said and I quote" I didn't put the snow there" I was shocked. We proceed to move into our storage and our truck slid and got stuck. She would not even give us a shovel. I tried to contact the district manager and he didn't even return my calls. I had to pay for damages to the truck we rented. Then upon moving out we had not paid the bill, instead of calling and leaving a message they sent me a text. They accused me of "skipping out" of my bill and blocking them from leaving messages. Seriously!!!!They we're getting payment when I finished removing my things today. I have never had an unpaid balance or late payment. Thank you read more

I had an overall really good experience with this public storage. They got me in the same day that I requested a storage unit, registration was easy, Blake was very friendly and helpful. The prices are a little bit cheaper than the other storage units in the area but they don't tell you until you get there that there is an insurance policy, so I'm paying $11 a month for that on top of the regular feet. But that's really my only complaint. The storage unit was a very clean and well-maintained. Easy access. read more

I was making a move from California to Fort Collins. Moving is stressful! However, the staff at this particular location was amazing. Called me to follow up on my reservation on line. Called me to let me know the weather wasn't looking good and to see how it was going. And the day I moved in, Blake could NOT have been more helpful. If you are going to trust your belongings to a storage facility...this should be the one. read more

I've rented through two different storage companies in the past, and this one is my favorite. The office staff is kind, and the property is closed off by a gate. The other place was open all day for anyone to get in. It just didnt feel secure there. We have not had any issues at public storage. Check em out read more

This is my first time renting a storage unit and I have had a great experience! I am a college student with a busy schedule and when I had to reschedule a couple times they were very willing to work with me.
