Whenever my card expires and I am waiting for a new one the gal waits on charging until I can get her an updated card, she also calls me or e-mails me to let me know; Moving in was incredibly easy when I first enlisted; They offer a military discount on top of their already stellar prices. Additionally I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. It is now time for me to move my items from Loveland since I no longer have family in the area and I am on my way to the East coast and established enough to no longer need storage. Were my circumstances different I would definitely continue using this storage facility, or would definitely use this facility again. Arranged to rent a unit initially through the website and found all of the information I needed. Almost immediately after, received a phone call from Thea who was extremely accommodating and helpful. She couldn't have made it any easier (other than packing and moving my daughter's stuff for me!) All paperwork and payments were handled electronically, which is critical during Larimer County's stay-at-home orders. When we found the original unit too small, Thea quickly found a larger unit and we never lost momentum. She is awesome!! The interior units are spotless and well maintained.
