The manager was rude and demeaning , actually lecturing me because I am disabled so because I had less than a cart of goods in the unit I "should have called the moving company she referred me to " unfortunately I was making myself ill due to my TBIs immune disorders and others and mobility issues so my doctor gave me a choice either stop doing what I was doing or be hospitalized! I took stop! I explained that to her and got berated for it! Tried calling corporate office spoke with May U she said that all the refunds were up to Ryan as he was the district manager for this area well I called numerous times called and called and called got one call back that was a hang up as my phone if it doesn't recognize the number puts you into spam. So they kept $150 of the funds for the month that they said would be prorated well if you take &136 +29+11= $176 +6 days=$29.33 so if you subtract the ?$176-29.33=they still owe me $146.11. Just because I have TBIs and have several disabilities does not mean I can't sit down with my financial advisors and have them look over the contract and the way that you have treated me. You see I was a very happy returning customer from a previous experience but after this experience I will do my best to steer away potential clients from this company as they are deceiving people and are abusive towards people who have disabilities thinking it's "okay " to treat them with fish or and disrespect to yell at them demean them and disregard their health ! Where you once had my loyalty you now hold my lowest opinion and anyone who treats clients like that doesn't deserve to be in mangement position nor in a customer service position. I even played phone tag with a person called "Danny" for weeks! Yet was told he had his phone on do not disturb for days yet it could have been resolved if someone would have taken the time and consideration for me and taken the time to listen and understand that you held the check for longer than I actually had the unit ! Then didn't even return the amount of money that you should have by your own standards. Everything in there weighed less than 3 lbs and took less than 5 minutes to get out of the unit assistant manager Zach watched as I emptied it then even tried to charge me for my own lock! These practices are shady and not of positive business model. I now understand why you have such a turnover ion staff and how you can't keep the customers . You rented out the unit to my neighbor he and Yvette have an under the table thing going she tells him when sales happen and when to bring in friends or relatives to sign so it's not officially in his name although he pays for it. SHADY!!! So now you have two people paid full for the same unit! I think some where there's a law against such practices. Especially since you kept my full months rent! All I'm saying is is that for all you individuals needing space rentals I used to say go here NOW IM SAYING BEWARE!!! If this is the way they treated me in a medical emergency, who's to say how they will treat you! Especially when you ask then point blank do "I need to do a letter in writing or have my doctor?" And the reply is no! I asked since the check hasn't went through can't we just invalidate the contract the answer was yet again "no" but the lecture the demeanor demoralizing well it went on for about 15 minutes before I had my full and left because I wanted to keep my dignity and my respect! Over a month later on Jan 13th they finally told me they never sent in my insurance claim and they don't even have it so I had to resend it. They told me the claim finally got approved and the check will be here in 10-14 days. It's been 26 days and I still have nothing. My unit got broken into sometime in October and I still have not gotten my insurance payout because these people have no clue what they are doing, they pretended like they help but do nothing, and they honestly screw over the customers. I've talked to a lot of other renters and everyone I have talked to has been treated poorly by these people. Almost every conversation includes I'm looking for a new place. The gates and doors are broken all the time so I find homeless and other people who shouldn't be there. The amount of times I've seen someone trying to steal a bike out front or something is crazy. They've also messed up my card payments 3-5 times. I have auto pay and have always had money on my cards, yet somehow every few months I get an email saying thanks for finally paying and there was a late fee added. They even sent me emails that they cut off my own lock and put their lock on because "I missed a payment." Honestly it's taking everything in me not to go in and curse these awful individuals out. They still have not fixed their shit and they decide to throw more shit on me all of the time. I am so fucking over it. Once they finally give me my couple thousand, I'm probably going to find a new place too. Awful awful awful. Honestly they have seriously damaged my financial well being because of all this. They told me my claim was in in December so I bought my stuff back, it was over $6K stolen because they said they check would be there in a few weeks. Now it's been 3 months and still no check and my bank is still way lower than it should be because I used all my savings. I hate GreenBox. Not to mention, they also refused to let me use the truck when I moved in and they said that's free.

You can go in at any time with your code. After a while, they started locking down the garbage outside. I was going through my mom's things after she passed away, and I had to take everything I wanted to throw away home with me. It was frustrating that they didn't have a way to take care of that there. I started to get a little sketched out when I went on the weekends. It was pretty empty, but I would run into people who gave the impression of hanging out (sitting in the hall, charging their phones.... No idea if they actually were living there, but it just gave me a weird vibe). I tried to go into the office to take care of a problem that I had and no one was in there during regular business hours. That was frustrating when I drove all the way there to meet with someone. I could've dealt with all that, but my last straw was after I had been paying on time for years, there was some situation with my credit card, and they charged me a late fee. I took care of it as soon as I got the email about it, but they wouldn't reverse the fee and because it was the weekend, they also disabled my code, so I couldn't get in. So annoying that they would throw away a good customer relationship just to get a late fee. I then packed up my stuff and moved somewhere else.

I had a multi-phased move which caused me to move everything into storage for a couple of weeks and since the my initial moving service was unavailable on the date I was going to move out of storage I contracted with Denver Local Movers. This was only the beginning of my challenges. I learned two days prior to my move date that my lender was unprepared to close and had to reschedule. Our lender delayed our closing one full week, each day promising 'tomorrow,' and I had to call and reschedule my move date 6 times. I was embarrassed, stressed and scared. Denver Local Movers handled my frantic calls with extreme patience and kindness. On moving day, my move team of Jeremiah, Nick & Silencio called in advance, arrived when they said they would and worked non-stop in extreme heat. The Right Move was very responsive to our questions during the booking process. On our moving day, they were careful and trustworhty with our things, efficient with time, and very pleasant and professional during the whole process. We split our move into two parts. On Friday we had OTHER movers load our truck and then Isaiah, Anthony, and Ernesto unloaded our truck on Saturday. The only reason we did not have them load our truck on Friday was because it was out of their area and we didn't want to pay the extra fee. I regret this and next time will choose The Right Move even with the extra fee. Moving is always a stressful thing because your personal belongings are being handled by other people. The Right Move has always made it a peaceful process! Just some tips to other people. Put your things in boxes. It helps the movers do their job efficiently. Also things can break even when a box has NOT been dropped. Make sure you pack properly by using materials such as bubble wrap. One night I stopped by to return my gear to find a woman living in a storage unit. Another evening I saw a man playing his radio and smoking a cigar on a couch!!! Are you kidding me! So I notified the manager through email and they said they would handle the issue. About 4 months after that, I stopped at my locker to find that my DJ equipment was stolen! Looked like they pulled it out from the top, because every locker has an opening at the top. You can literally stand on a box and see everything (through an opening that you can pull item out from) in the locker next door. I can't believe this has happened! They have cameras, but they can prove that stuff was mine. And they require you to use their shitty insurance provider that couldn't help me get my stuff back. Whats the point?! I moved my gear out of that business ASAP! I will continue to tell my Arvada neighbors and post on every review outlet about this horrible storage business. STAY AWAY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
