I have been renting here for over three years. I can honestly say the entire time was a nightmare and a horrible experience. I finally had enough and decided to finally take my business elsewhere. I got sick of my account being charged the wrong amount every month and calling in to complain and it falling on deaf ears and not doing any good. Not only did I hang up accomplishing nothing it ruined the rest of my day. The manager never did anything she said she would and I finally had enough. Not to mention I got locked out of my unit numerous times in error and couldn't access my stuff when needed. My bill was always paid and there was no reason for the lockout. Never an apology for the inconvenience never a refund for the overcharged amount nothing!!! Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere!!! read more

Horrible experience to be honest.... Office is NOT open as stated or remotely close. I needed to speak to someone in the office and started to call at 9:30 when sign stated it was open and again 20 minutes later and no luck. Figured they were just busy so I went in in person.. well nobody was around. Still giving benefit of the doubt snd maybe out onsite with someone or at a unit.. hung around for an hour and still no body around. Check co site and also nobody to be seen or an answer to my calls. Called again later after I got back home to both locations and still no answer. Went back again 3 hours after opening and still nobody around at all at both sides. I get that things happen.. but I waited for 5 hours for any one to show or answer calls and nothing??? Don't waste your time renting here and go to another site in town that actually provides good customer service. read more

Public storage is a rip-off. I paid for a full month of storage after renting a few months and when I moved out they said that they would not refund me the money for the remaining month's rent that I had paid. I don't know why they think that they should be able to keep my money, but I think that's a bad business practice. I do not recommend public storage. read more

The online process is super easy. I like that I did the whole rental online and didn't have to go in and we could just go to our unit and get the lock. The only thing I found not to my liking was that the site where my unit is has absolutely no lights at all. Other than that I love the pricing, and cleanliness, and how things operate. read more

I had a storage unit here at public storage for 2 days. The first day wasn't even a full day. I got to the unit at about 8pm e Is broken and left wide openmptied out my car including things that usually stay in my car so I could fit more things. Well on the tsecond day I lost my keys to my car and that storage unit goes pitch black. There is no lights anywhere so I couldn't see to even look for my keys anymore. I couldn't lock my car and my house key was missing as well. I wasn't leaving my car to walk at night with my dog Thelma. So I stayed in my car all night. It was cold! The next morning a storage worker came up to talk to bme. I thought I'll just explain to them what happened athey would be reasonable and cut me some slack- no they did not! They told me it was a violation to stay on the grounds. They said I was drinking because a bottle of dequla with one sip in it was out in my unit because it was in my stuff. Because I was putting my stuff in a storage unit. I was honest about staying there all night, which means I should have lied and told them I didn't stay there because I lost my car keys. They said i was drinking, smoking, feeding my dog dog food, and stayed on the property is all a violation and kicked me out! They said I had 10 minutes to get my stuff out of the unit and my car off the property or they would call the cops and have my car towed! I threw everything in the car and had to push my car off the property, and by that time, the cops where already there. Long story short they never seen me smoke or drink and I'm gonna feed my dog the same way they feed their kids, except mine I feed dog food! Apparently its a violation to have dog food and liquor in your storage unit. And they kept my money! Theres no lights and the west side gate is broken and the gate is left completely open. If I would have left my car and walked like they said. They would have towed my car away because that would have been a violation. They lied to the police and yes they gave me 10 minutes to vacate. The property manager was the rudest gudgementalist, shady, narcissistic dog hating woman in a position that she has to much authority and is unable to understand that life happens some times. But I'm not in prison. If I have dog food and a bottle in my storage unit then that's my right as a US citizen. They are the worst storage unit I have ever been to. read more

the online e rental was smooth easy and quick only takes a few mins and the staff is very friendly and I have use public storage before and I recommend anyone that needs storage to use them. read more
