On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient. I was also very pleased with how polite and helpful Todd and Joshua were. Turns out I am not able to keep my vehicle in storage due to the fact that it is not fully running at the moment but Joshua showed me units anyways to compare sizing visually and showing me the lay out of the facility. Todd went ahead and wrote down all of the info on the cost and additional info I would need to have when I get the vehicle running. Their attitude towards me was very welcoming and really showing me of how much they would appreciate my business there and that's something I really don't see every day. Once I get my Chevy running again I will definitely store it there to keep it safe.

The last time they sent our pod to Richmond,Va and stored it in a warehouse for 3 days. Richmond is nowhere near the pickup or destination locations. They obviously did this for their own convenience but it forced us to have to rearrange everything with it unloading crew and our plans to use our stuff. There was no warning that they decided for us, to move the delivery date by 3 days. We were notified of the change on the evening before the delivery date at 10:00pm. We will be checking with other delivery services prior to our next move. The drivers are very competent and eager to do what we want. This was a company decision made for an unknown reason at the last minute. Not what you pay $2000 for.

During the delivery, the driver hit my car, which was legally parked on the street. After the incident, I spoke with Assistant Market Manager Nicholas Cripps and was told I would receive follow-up the very next day. It is now August 24, and I have received no follow-up at all--not from Nicholas and not from PODS corporate. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Nearly a week after a PODS driver damaged my vehicle, I am still waiting for someone to take responsibility, communicate with me, and explain how this is going to be resolved. So if you use PODS, my advice based on this experience is simple: hide your car. And if something does happen, don't expect prompt follow-up. I will update this review if PODS contacts me and properly addresses the damage.
