Moved our things in the unit about 3 months ago! The property manager made ZERO reference to the…read morepricing I was being quoted being "promotional." Received a letter of a $30 price increase out of the blue! Was told by the woman working when I called to get some understanding that a rate increase was "par for the course." Horrible customer service and what a complete scam they are running on customers. Will be promptly moving my things to somewhere that doesn't completely lie to its customers. Save your money and go somewhere that is honest.

I think that is highly unethical and when you need help with something you are sent to a one 800 number you can never get a hold of the person who's on site with limited hours. They get you in there and then $120 becomes 150 a month 150 becomes 190. Hard Pass. One star because I do not believe that the price increases were justified and they should've contacted each customer via telephone call to explain increase. I just think it is very poor business practice to do such a thing without proper notification.
