Also problems paying the bill. When you try to do it over the phone, after you enter all information it says processing, processing, hangs up on you, and does not process your payment. The ever so helpful call center tells you there's a problem with your card and your bank. There's not...I called them. Not sure what time they actually close, but hopefully it's before you get off work if you need anything. The call center people are rude and useless.

I asked the employee who helped us, how often should we expect increase and how much. He told me once a year and that's is usually around 10%. For the last five months we have been paying our lease agreement and just got notice of the 250% increase. That's outrageous!

I tried to speak with Robert there at the store, but he could not break away from his customers that were spending money, and his workers arranged him to call me.....well needless to say the comtract that you do not get a copy of must say somewhere that he is not reponsible if your things get wet due to improper design that allows the rain to come in. I wasn't asking for a large compensation, just some slack since I stored my belongings there for over 6 months and paid on the first every month!!! BAD BUSINESS

The not so good - they are a little on the high side and no discount for renting multiple unit (we rented 3 large units). Also the regular units are not insect and mice proof.
