Stopped by on a Sunday, today, when they said they were open. Ended up waiting over an hour for someone to show up in the office. Lights were on but door locked. Called the public storage number listed on door. They were not even able to reach out to person on property. Only able to call the office phone. Sad situation. They claim they are open but this office person is probably in the back sleeping after partying last night. My advice would be to choose a different storage company. Marketing is always deceptive. 1$ a month to start is to get you in. Then fees are added and you agree. Just for another page to come up with more fees.. I get it. It's a business. When I get to my storage and check it out. I found m&m's with either cockroach or rat droppings. Hopefully no issues arise but not sure if their insurance would help with this read more

Recently, I moved units and had the good fortune of interacting with the property manager, Misha. MISHA IS AMAZING! He knows his stuff and does a fantastic job! He is always very friendly and courteous and will assist in any way he can. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Public Storage location. I am sure other locations are great, but they don't have Misha! The unit I requested is just the right size for my needs and at a decent price compared to other storage facilities in the area. These people are thieves! No notice, just up your monthly bill every 7 months or so. They want you to sign up for auto pay, they take out the new $$$, no letter. The air conditioning they promised has been downgraded to ten degrees warmer than when I moved my stuff in over a year ago. Temperature controlled! Ha! My stuff doesn't need to be in 80+ degrees storage!! Don't do it! Look somewhere else! read more

Looked for more affordable storage. Rented small unit for construction tools. Site has been helpful and courteous. Access per agreement. Exterior well maintained and managed. If however you miss a payment by 5 min your getting a late fee and like all places in Martin county they continue to raise rates. Found then competitive and shopped their price. They are expanding the facility and adding a significant number of units. read more

I paid for a month I told them I m leaving in the end if the month, I got an email confirmation and they still bill me And I can't use us as they send an email saying it s close but they won't refund me !!!!! Go to cubes smart !!!! I moved out a day early and still hit my account ! I called them to let them know then they called me back saying: just making sure the unit is empty so we close the account right ? I said yes They send me an email with closing unit confirmed and still hit my account Plus they said first month half price Not true they make you take the insurance plus fees plus taxes .... Beware! When I paid for my May rent on time, one week later they charged me for my June rent WITHOUT my consent. I moved out May 30 and I never was refunded my entire refund for June. I called the District Manager for weeks, she never answered nor returned my calls. I am still fighting this with my bank. Nightmare. read more

I used the site in Stuart, FL. Katie and Tabitha were great. They know everything about getting you started and they are knowledgable and very friendly. They explain things to you without you even having to ask. And if you forget something, it's ok, they are still there to greet you in person or by phone in a very friendly manner.
