We have used Dry Clean City for about seven years to the tune of about $100 a month. I just took a…read morebrand new white coat to see about getting it cleaned - there was a spot on the sleeve. I picked the coat up and they charged me $20. I took the coat back and asked to look at the spot again because it was still there and I wanted to make sure they had seen it to focus the cleaning upon that spot. They took it and when I went to pick it back up, they charged me another $13. The spot is still there! I told the guy, I just paid $20 for this two days ago. You want me to pay another $13. and the spot is still there. He then said, "I told you that when you dropped it off." I responded back, "You weren't even here, you didn't tell me anything." He quickly left the room - he had been caught in a lie - but they charged me the $13. Here's the conclusion he's gonna lose $1200 a year to get his $13. Over the last seven years he's been paid around $7,000. He got his $13 but he's lost $7,000. What a brilliant businessman he is. I prefer to deal with men that have integrity. I perfer to deal with people who care about customers. I'm looking for a new dry cleaners now. Does anyone know a good one? This one is lacking in leadership, character and customer service. The hostess Latonya was so sweet and accommodating. She answered all of our questions. It's got a small play area for kids. They have many size washers from 60 pounds all the way down to 20 pounds and many dryers from 75 pounds down to I believe 20 pounds. All are priced accordingly. They have a lot of folding tables and they are thunder proud. I'm very grateful we didn't need it, but they do have an indoor storm shelter. All of their carts were well-maintained and a lot of comfortable seating. I didn't see any other washers and dryers than speed queen. Those are definitely high-end and they were very nice.

The other laundromats that I visited before this one were extremely small, dirty, and not very many big washing machines unlike this place. Staff is super nice, lots and lots of different size washers especially the 60lbs washer they have two rows dedicated to these large washers. For the price for a 60 pound wash is $7.25. This place is super affordable, clean and have a great little play area for your kids and tons of washers available. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing to do laundry.
