The price wasn't clearly posted, the machine just kept taking lots of quarters. In my opinion, the man seemed unusually hostile toward me and my severely disabled son. We did a load of clothes there and it was an unpleasant experience for us, because the man started yelling about me taking photos in public areas. The hostess Latonya was so sweet and accommodating. She answered all of our questions. It's got a small play area for kids. They have many size washers from 60 pounds all the way down to 20 pounds and many dryers from 75 pounds down to I believe 20 pounds. All are priced accordingly. They have a lot of folding tables and they are thunder proud. I'm very grateful we didn't need it, but they do have an indoor storm shelter. All of their carts were well-maintained and a lot of comfortable seating. I didn't see any other washers and dryers than speed queen. Those are definitely high-end and they were very nice.

After two check in, about two months later. I received a phone call from the new owner. He said there is no sweater, almost like I had not really brought the sweater in. Then proceeded to tell me three times that I was an infrequent customer, and he had checked my record of use btw. Guessing that means not worth his time. when I asked for the cost of the sweater I was told I'd only be given 100 dollars towards the cleaning of more of my clothes. Customers beware. The quality of care and attention to my clothing was far below what I expected. What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. Instead of taking accountability or working toward a resolution, I experienced unprofessional and uncomfortable communication from the owner and employees that felt more like harassment than customer service. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this business with their garments. Even with the discount, they were a little more than some of their competitors, but based on everything else we decided to give them a chance. I called and got a quote from Kathy (who is extremely nice and helpful). When I called back to schedule, there was some confusion on the original quote not including a hallway we had discussed so she said she would include the hallway at no cost. The owner, Stacy, showed up to our home, and as we were doing the walkthrough I mentioned the hallway and confusion. He said that he heard the phone calls, agreed they were confusing, and said it's normally 30 for the hallway but he would do it for free if we wanted him to. I agreed since that was what we were quoted, and he said, "You know what, I don't want to do any of it." When I asked what he meant, he said he doesn't work for free and said he was leaving. I was confused since he offered to do it for free, but he walked out. I don't know if he was in a bad mood already, but that is terrible customer service and he was extremely rude to my wife and I. There were so many other ways to handle the situation. My wife and I had moved all of our stuff out of the rooms and had our kids sleep downstairs so he would have plenty of room to work and since we wouldn't be able to access the rooms until they dried. Had he tried to talk to me about it we probably could have up with a solution, but he refused to do anything at that point. I called Kathy back and she said she would try to figure out what was going on, but I never heard anything back. I would recommend finding someone else to clean your carpets.

The lady (Elaina) who scheduled the appointment was friendly and responsive; I had left a voicemail during the weekend, and didn't expect a response until the following Monday, but she texted me the same day to answer my questions. Elaina said they would do a free consultation/estimate (which I ended up requesting). Initially, she had quoted a price range, based on the information I had provided, but after they measuring the house specs during the consultation, it ended up being a little cheaper than the quoted price. On the day of the cleaning, they finished the work within 70 minutes, despite saying that it would be closer to two hours. One of the dudes was named Tyler, who seemed like the veteran of the two. I missed the other guy's name but he seemed newer. But they were both friendly, and capable. I don't know if the prices are reasonable to be honest, because we've never done this before, but it seemed reasonable for the type of work involved. It was a little more than $300 to clean all the tile in our house.
