The owner & staff seem to have put a lot of thought into which brands, etc. to stock and were very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly & wonderfully patient when assisting this "new" OCD dad. I also might add that the experience certainly exceeded that of any previous trip to a "superstore" toy aisle.

There are signs for the different section. Staff (owner?) was friendly and helpful. I took some books to trade in and about half of what I brought was accepted, which is better than at some stores. I got an old paperback copy of a book I've been seeking in stores for a couple of years. There was good variety in the store and a nice local/Missouri history section. The cat is still there, so I'm happy as can be with Well Read Books. I will make a point of visiting again soon in the future.
