This is my favorite Publix. I am such a fan of their bakery. The doughnuts are superb, fresh, and CHEAP! I usually get a doughnut to snack on when I'm shopping. I also got a smash cake recently and it was so cute. The service is always friendly and attentive. There's plenty of parking. Plenty of cool toddler buggies. Great store over all. read more

Customer service is rude and lazy. Happens every time I've gone here. Never go to this old Publix .... No self checkout and aaaaaaaLways have to wait for price check. It's an outdated store and no longer offer to bring groceries out for the high prices they ask. The really need to replace rude employees at customer service. read more

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars. read more

Okay Grocery store... Service Offerings are no different than any other store. Not quite sure what is different except for the 3Ls... Location, Location, Location. It was the only grocery store located off of the frontage road near a hwy. So naturally, I pulled up to grab a few things. Store employees were nice; however, I did notice one employee in a sweater (perhaps a supervisor/ manager) who coincidentally happened to be in more than one isle with me... Publix, "Where shopping is a pleasure"! Recently, I rolled-up on my 36" unicycle to rehydrate after a 20 mile training ride, and I was greeted by an outgoing, friendly "cart guy". We talked about unicycling for a few minutes, then I brought it inside with me out of the rain. As I headed to the Deli, the resident "chef" asked if I would like a sample of the meal she just finished cooking. It was a spicy pot roast, suitable for preparation in a crockpot. The meat was tender, and tasted like it was made from a higher quality cut than it actually was. Yum. My Publix Italian sub, made with Boars Head meat, changed my life. Upon leaving the store, I mounted Bambi (my cross-country road unicycle), and returned the waves from two of the friendly Publix employees. I have never had a bad experience at Publix! My closest store is Spout Springs, and they are great too. I don't mind sometimes paying a little more for a clean store, and friendly assistance. Peace, people. I was told Publix would be not only tasty but also the cheaper option for wedding cakes. You definitely get what you pay for. Do not trust them with your WEDDING cake. I ordered 3 weeks in advance just as Publix instructed me to. They wouldn't accept an order any sooner. They quoted me for $150. The week of my wedding I called ahead to double check my cake order is good and will be made on time. They said it's good. The NIGHT before my wedding my wedding planner happen to call just to triple check and Publix claimed there was no order when we asked what happened they said they couldn't read the employee's handwriting who took my order so they just weren't going to make the cake or call & tell me. THEN when they retook my order & promised to have it ready by 8 am that morning they increased the price $100 to now being $250. Not only did they handle business poorly, this cake NOT how I asked, NOT good, and very ugly. Not worth the money or stress or embarrassment. I asked our reception to take out the cake cutting event because it was so embarrassing. The cupcakes we bought from the pre made plastic bins. Those were fine. I was very disappointed in the poor quality of decorations put on a custom cake I ordered and paid $35 for. The quality should be the same as what is displayed in the display of cakes and samples in the store. I've seen other well done cakes by Publix, but this was not the case with my cake. I really enjoy this Publix store. I am a handicapped, older customer. The store employee's will bring a mobile cart to my car for me to transfer into to do my shopping. They also will help me when I have difficulty reaching some items....especially those in the refrigerated cases. I like this store because they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. I also like that it is not such a huge store. This allows me to come in and do my shopping and be ready to leave more quickly. All the employees have been very kind and helpful to me, and I am appreciative! read more

This is a great store with very polite, helpful employees. The deli and bakery departments are absolutely amazing! The product quality in the deli, bakery and produce departments are excellent. The prices in general are a bit higher than most other major grocery stores, but they do have BOGO deals and digital coupons that bring your grocery bill a lot... If you buy sale items and use coupons, the prices aren't too bad, but if you don't go for the sales, your order can be slightly expensive. HOWEVER, a major problem this store needs to address is its highly-annoying and intrusive carryout policy. Employees will regularly cut in front of the customer and tell that customer "I'll take this out for you." They sometimes ask one or two additional times after the initial question. I've had at least three employees at that store put their hands within a couple of inches of mine and insist on taking out my groceries. It is extremely annoying and invading my personal space. This includes when I had less than half a cart full of groceries. It is especially frustrating for introverts like myself and my spouse, who do not like people getting in our personal space... Moreover, the worst part of this procedure is that a couple of employees who did this smelled bad... Do they honestly believe this is good customer service? It's a great options for those customers who need it or simply enjoy having someone do it for them. However, when they insist on it and get in my personal space, it is just terrible social skills and I don't know why their manager has not noticed that. Aside from the carryout, the customer service is rock-solid. I'd give them a five-star review. Until that changes, four is more appropriate. read more

DON'T BUY MEAT HERE! I use to be a regular shopper at this Publix location , but after being continually disappointed by the quality of their meat, I have decided to take my business to Fresh Market in Suwanee. In the past year alone, I have had to return my chicken and beef purchases at least five times because they went bad before their expiration date. Their ground beef is never fresh and what they have out often expires within a few days. Its just not worth the risk anymore which is sad because this is a good store otherwise. read more

If you were to compare this Publix to a QT or a Citgo, it would look pretty good. However, the selections in this store are diminishing pretty fast. If you want 'exotic' items like New York brand Texas Toast, Barbasol shaving cream, or Hostess orange cupcakes, all of which have been carried there for years, forget it, Go to a real grocery store. read more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PUBLIX. If you have to drive a little further to go to the one on Spouts Spings and Friendship go there. These people are not only slacker put liars. 3 times in 3 months I haven't gotten home with something. When I call up there, they don't see it, know nothing about it, etc. I spoke to the Customer Service tonight 2-1-16 just moments after I left there after not getting home with 1- dog food (the main reason I went there tonight) and 3 other items. He claimed he went to check the isle I was on, however never asked what isle I checked out on. Then he claimed it wasn't there and they never saw it. Bunch of liars and he needs to be fired. read more
