Ms. Jacqueline deserves more than 5 stars! An amazing cashier! She had no bag person with her and helped us bag our groceries after scanning in an amazing speedy time! Some people might say well that's her job, well actually you're supposed to have a bag person to help you as a cashier. The order online deli is possibly the worst run operation I have ever seen I ordered subs to be picked up at 12:40 sat at the thing until 1 and was not spoke to by any employee. 2 employees actually walked away holding whip cream pies to prank an employee glad to see this company has their priorities straight. I was just at the deli getting a sub and there was already a long line of people complaining about how long the people were taking to make their food so half of them left after they already ordered. Me and my boyfriend waited patiently to order our subs and as we walked up to the little window the first question we got asked is if we were siblings? I laughed it off a little said no then I got told by the worker that I looked older and it was his mistake. I believe his name was tyler. He took my order and was more worried about chitchat than making my food.. I just think if there's people waiting in line you should be quick with it and keep it professional instead of taking your sweet time because other people have things to do. This location is large. Parking is easy and the store is clean. Publix is my go to spot for grocery shopping. They also have great food in their deli section. Publix chicken and subs are the best. read more

Although I'm a Kroger guy- I come here for the meat and butcher dept mostly- or to find items for my mother who's a bo go fan. Good selection, just think prices at Publix on every day items is 20% or more higher than K. I do most of my shopping at Kroger -but will come here if I need a leg of lamb, fresh steaks, standing rib roast. Good selection here to and pricey but worth it based on location. Great customer service and staff. Always clean and easy to get around. Deli and pastry is another corner and flowers often stand out with good value to take to mom for the week. read more

I've never seen the Spout Springs Publix busy, so parking is always easy and checking out is prompt. The customer service is what sets this location apart from other grocery stores - the staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Big thanks to the produce manager who insisted that I take any cucumber replacement free of charge since the regular ol' cukes that I was shopping for weren't in stock. read more

One of the best grocery store experiences I've ever had! Such a wonderful place, I wish I had a Publix like this near me! This Publix truly represents the early stages of grocery stores and their customer service is just top notch. The meat counter was extremely kind and helpful in finding very specific ingredients and the staff at the front was even better. Someone unloaded my cart, I was greeted by the cashier. We had a full and friendly conversation while my groceries were bagged in a appropriate manner. All of the lanes were also open which was so nice I was in and out in no time! We did publix's pick up for the first time, and ordered 20 breadless chicken wings, but received 20 fried. We went to customer service and they were more than willing to exchange the wings for what we had ordered. Not only did they exchange it, they refunded us the amount they charged for the trouble of coming back in. This Publix has excellent customer service, and are beyond helpful and friendly! I frequent this location A LOT and everyone, at any time and any dept, is always so friendly and helpful. These employees go completely out of their way to help you; Particularly in the meat/fish dept. I've gotten so many great recommendations from them and have learned quite a bit from these guys. I love that they have a Hispanic section I just wish their (Cuban) section was larger. I recently discovered they have guava AND guava and cheese pastelitos **jaw drops** and they are EXCELLENT! Of course, now that I've had a finger now I want the hand and by that I mean I wish they had more Cuban pastries like Ham croquettes, or meat pastries like they do in Miami. I've never gone to a Publix and had a bad experience - this one certainly wont let you down. read more

I ordered a birthday cake from this Publix. It was scheduled for the following day after 3PM. When I arrived, the cake was ready. The baker pulled the box from the shelf and handed it to me. Through the clear portion of the box, I could see bugs crawling on the cake. Small, appeared to be gnats. The baker took the cake to the back, then returned it to me saying the bugs flew away as she opened the box so it was good now. Seriously?! It had bugs on it! It would take another day to replace it (a day after the birthday party) and no discount, apology, nothing!! Use this bakery at your own risk. I'll never be back. read more

This Publix sucks. I have stopped in on more then one occassion on my way home from the city and it never fails to disappoint me. Prices are high, ground beef was 4.39/lb, so I left without buying it. I circled the store twice looking for the turkey pepperoni and I asked a guy stocking shelves and he didn't know! He didn't say he'd find out, just went back to stocking. Robot! The front end employees were friendly though, and they do have Lotto, so if Juan sold me the winning Mega Millions ticket, all is forgiven. read more

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Walking distance from Hampton Inn. The deli area has a nice self serve soup station. Typical Pubix atmosphere. Nice well stocked fruit area with variety of choices. Hot foods and deli exists too. Parking here is good in terms of the size of the lot. The staff offers assistance during the shopping experience. read more

This is one of my favorite locations, but I'm a little miffed about the recent reconfiguration of this store. All the aisles appear to be different. It took me a while to find bread. Grocery store with a friendly and very accommodating staff. They real went above and beyond tonight (night before Thanksgiving). The staff was giving baked goods away to those that needed or wanted it for their family dinner. The real meaning of the Holiday. Bravo! read more

The pharmacy here is so bad. We started using this Publix when we moved here and medications are almost never ready remotely on-time. The staff seems seriously overwhelmed and the pharmacist will randomly put holds on prescriptions or cancel them without calling if you're a bit late picking them up. And it's not really Publix's fault, but the parking lot is crowded and dangerous. I still find myself here sometimes because I live so close, but I'd much rather visit the other Spout Springs location, where our medicines are always ready on time. The other day they even called to check in on my son a few days after he got meds for an ear infection. ThIs Publix has never once called. read more

"Grocery store with a friendly and very accommodating staff". I wish we had a Publix in Baton Rouge... oftentimes, I hear this from others. In other cities/states, I have visited a Publix and have never been disappointed. So, it disappoints me to see 1 and 2-star reviews for some of the locations. I think some of these people are spoiled by excellent customer service in some of their other stores. The customer service at this store was suberb! We were en route to our cabin in Helen, GA and decided to stop here for some essentials, while we waited for the ATL traffic to die down. The rain was just non-stop, so it was nice to be inside the store, grab what we needed and stay for a hot meal. I could not be more satisfied with how we were treated by the staff. Even when we got our food, they made sure we had plates, utensils, drinking water and condiments because we decided to eat there. I rarely ever expect a grocery store to go out of their way like this, but they went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We left with all the supplies we needed and had full bellies ready to make the final leg of our trip to our destination. Thank you to the Publix staff for being so accommodating. read more

I have been to other Publix in our area. The store in Flowery Branch is "hands down" great for customer service. I have shopped there for 7 years, since we moved to GA. They help you find products with a smile, especially with the change of all the products in the store, which I really try to be a good sport about; however, it has increased my frustration and shopping time significantly. It used to take me 20 minutes to zip through the store and get what I need, now that time, even after so many months has doubled. I am considering figuring out how to order grocery's there or at Kroger so I can pick them up because my time is valuable. The next time you decide to change the products around, maybe spend a few cents on a brochure that tells your customer where things are located and or make an app that can be used or I have also seen stores place a location chart on the carts themselves. I know that there are many folks saying that changing the items around is a way to get people to shop and purchase more products...if that was the motivation YIKES! Smart consumers figure out ways to switch to save time and save money. Today, I am comparison pricing to see where I can get items cheaper and delivered to my home, although I do not imagine I will stop shopping at Publix completely, I am researching what other markets have to offer. Another 5 stars is Martha who works days and often works the sample Publix Recipe booth. She is lovely, helpful, suggests such great cooking ideas. She has been a life saver in suggesting and sharing Publix products and recipe. Her customer service, kindness and appropriate support of my needs as a mom trying to feed her family healthy dinners with lots of variety are one of the reasons I go to this specific store. Clean. Helpful staff. I don't like that they move displays around all the time, but that's just a personal preference. All around great!
