No communication to let us know they were running late or would not even make it- rearranged my work schedule to be there for this. When I called their dispatch, all I received was the run around and no answers. The Office Manager calls me and I asked her to cancel my membership and she begins to lecture me on how I should have empathy and that things happen. I stated correct, things do happen- but suggesting me to be a certain way is not her job nor is it professional. At the end of the day business is business. After an earful, I was cancelled- AND they did not follow through with the service call they missed or even try to make things right. Thanks Benton's! True colors. Stay away!

Someone gave me George's name at Affordable Complete Electric. I called George told him what was happening and he told me what he felt it was and what to do until he could come the next day. Later we discovered it wasn't just the kitchen but the entire house power was going off and on. I sent George a text. He called and said he thought it was an Entergy problem and that I should call them. He could have come out and charged me a big fee to tell me that, but he saved me the money.
