They gave us the widest variety of options, clearly delineated what each package included and why. The four options ranged from the lowest price of the three vendors to well above. We chose one of the mid-level options. Installation was scheduled very quickly, within the week. The installers worked all day on the project, running into a couple of significant obstacles but got them handled. There were a few code issues they had to address, considering it was 30+ years ago when last installed. The work was very clean and tidy, as were the areas they had to work, once completed. A very professional looking installation, and a super job by the install crew. We have had some configuration issues dealing with the smart thermostat. They have been out twice since install to address the issues without complaint. Very quick to respond when I contacted them. Everything is working well and I am exceptionally pleased with the service that I have received. I could not recommend them more highly.

We were also very pleased with the finished paint job. The color turned out exactly as we had hoped, and the ceiling and wall repairs looked excellent. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. The project, which was originally estimated to take about two weeks, extended into the end of the third week. More disappointing was the condition in which the home was left after we were informed that the project had been completed and cleaned up. We found paint and spackle on baseboards, trim, cabinets, floors, security doors, the front porch, and the carport. Construction debris and trash were left behind both inside and outside the home, several items that had been taken down were not reinstalled, and additional cleanup was required before the property was ready for the next phase of renovations. The quality of the finished repairs deserved high marks, but the lack of attention to detail during the final cleanup detracted from an otherwise well-executed project. If greater care had been taken to restore the property to the condition it was in before work began, this would have easily been a five-star experience. To Shannon's credit, after we discussed our concerns and requested a modest reduction in the remaining project balance to help offset the additional cleanup, he agreed to our request. We appreciated his willingness to work with us toward a resolution. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The quality of the work was good, but the failure to thoroughly clean the property at the conclusion of the project overshadowed what otherwise would have been a wonderful experience.
