Then today I come for my follow up and after not receiving any communication to verify my appointment, either text or email or phone call, I show up at 8:50 for my 9 o'clock appointment and they told me that it was at 8:30 and that if I want to be seen, I'm just gonna have to wait until they have an available slot to squeeze me in. The lack of communication in this office is astounding and I saw no benefit because the stress is more than any benefit I could've gotten from pain management. Do not go here.

The front desk staff that checked me in was professional and friendly. She politely asked if she was saying my last name correctly which I appreciated (I've been called many last names in my life). The staff that called me back, I think she said her name was Lye (?), was super nice. She took my symptoms down, took my blood pressure, and explained that COVID is on the rise again since school was back in session. She explained how symptoms are presenting and I knew exactly how I contracted it. Then I was seen by either a PA or NP. He was fast and efficient, but a little difficult to understand. Maybe in my brain fog state, I couldn't follow his fast talking. The sent my prescription to HEB and I was on my way. The facility was quiet, clean, and felt relaxing. I was in and out within 35 minutes. I hope I don't have to come back, but I'm glad to know it's close by if I need it.
