They are both creative geniuses and knew exactly how to make the right changes so it would look updated and fit me beautifully. Some of the brands are smaller and local (Ecuadane) and some are larger and well-known (Faherty), but all have this earthy, comforting quality. My fiancé got a nice cloud-blue pullover hoodie from California company Toes on the Nose that's so soft and could go with anything. The shop is run by this awesome, young owner named Ashley who is literally living her dream right now, having worked next door at HIM for years and now running her own store. I came in with a romper I had bought my 12 yr old. It was quite expensive and she wore it once and the seams were unraveling. When I first showed it to an obviously new sales girl. She told me it didn't come from there store. I assured her it did and told her she could look it up in my profile. I then went to shop with my two girls. The woman never came back to tell me she did find the transaction I had to approach her at which time she told me she couldn't help me but Melissa would be back soon and wait for her. So I waited and waited. Finally Melissa arrives and takes one look at this unraveling romper and says" I will have someone sew it for you it's an easy fix" Wrong answer. I explained I didn't want it fixed because it was obviously made poorly and for the money I paid last didn't want "someone stitching up thank you very much " She said well I'm not taking it back" This woman can see I am standing there with more clothes to buy today...the right answer is "I am so sorry I know you shop with us often let me give you a credit towards your purchase today. She was beyond rude thus I put down the clothes I was going to purchase and picked up my phone to write this yelp review. I will not shop there again. If you are going to have top prices then you best have top customer service to match it. Shameful behavior especially given the number of places to mediocre overpriced children's items in this area. I never would have expected it from this store. But it only takes once to lose a customer for life. I hope not taking back a damaged romper was worth exactly that.. Because that is what it cost you.

I inquired via Facebook regarding size options and prices. Flora got back to me very quickly. It took me a while to finally go through all the shirts but when I was ready, I was able to make an appointment very quickly and bring everything to her. She works out of her home in Stratford which is conveniently located. She is extremely personable, friendly, professional and she's great at what she does. I gave some ideas and perameters for the blanket but she took my thoughts and ran with it. She did an amazing job creating a patchwork blanket. Linda's store has an endless selection of fabrics so it could have been an overwhelming experience. It was not! I purchased the fabric with lining as well as the hardware. We had her staff install the finished product and we are so pleased with the result.
