I bought a paddle board for my wife at EESG a year ago. The experience was very good, and I was happy to support a local business. A year later we had a warping problem with the board. I went in and spoke with the owner, who was very accommodating and easy to talk to. He said they'd look at it and see what they could do, but came up with every legitimate reason why it would have warped. I was getting ready for battle. Steve, the owner, emailed me after inspecting the board and told me that EESG and the manufacturer, Riviera, would stand by the product and give me a new board. I couldn't have been more satisfied. A great reason to not only go to EESG, but to patronize local vendors instead of buying on-line!

I never received the plants but my Mastercard was charged in May the $29.84 I have attempted to contact this companny 4 times but they are impossible to reach no one answers the phones and my emails to their customer service on their website go unanswered I have disputed the charge with Mastercard but they are asking me to make another effort to resolve the dispute with the merchant I prefer to just receive a refund instead of the plants at this point as it has been so long. I filed a complaint with the BBB on June 13th and FINALLY the Better Business Bureau was able to get this ridiculous response from the company: (This customer placed a order on the 10th of May through our online Gardening Catalog and was shipped his order on the 17th of May through UPS. He received his product and signed for his product on the 23rd of May.(INCORRECT I NEVER SIGNED FOR NOR RECEIVED ANY SHIPMENT, THIS TRACKING NUMBER WAS NOT SIGNED FOR BY ME, MY NAME IS TURNER THIS WAS SIGNED BY SOMEONE NAMED CHU) His tracking through UPS is 1ZV03195PP30749309, which shows proof of receipt. This customer has made no attempt to contact us at either of fulfillment house or our main office. We also show no proof of him reaching out to us at our customer service email account. (AGAIN INCORRECT I CONTACTED THEM THREE TIMES IN JUNE AT THE CONTACT US LINK ON THEIR WEBSITE WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE) This customer has initially tried to dispute the charge through his Mastercard account which was was denied as he has both received the product and made no attempt to cancel his order. (AGAIN I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ORDER) We have a 30 day return policy for all orders which has expired for this customer. We have made every attempt to resolve this situation. If he wishes to contact us directly he can contact us (THEY HAVE MADE NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER TO RESOLVE THIS OR CONTACT ME) I SUGGEST NO ONE BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADY ONLINE COMPANY
