I went to the hotel front desk and they suggested I see if your practice could help. We walked over to the office on a friday afternoon at 3:45 and explained my issue. The staff said no problem we can fit you in roughly 20 minutes. They x-rayed, took pictures and were able to prepare my tooth for our two week vacation! I wish I could give this team more that a five star rating! They were professional, kind, responsive without any hesitation. If you were in my neighborhood, I would come to you for all of my dental needs. Thank you for all you did for me! I was so impressed! You are incredible!

What i didn't like is that this place is crazy busy and on my last appointment i felt my work was rushed , Dr Roshen was running between me and the patient next room, so he was trying to do two work at the same time, in fact he froze the top of my mouth (which even made me not feel my nose for hours) and ended up by not being able to finish the work, my work that was suppose to be an hour lasted more than 2 hours(I waited manytimes with tubes in my mouth while the dentist was in the other room working on someone else), I think its unprofessional for a dentist to freeze someone and then tell em "hey look I am overbooked and i wont finish the work, come back some other time" in a previous appointment the hygienist spent 45 minutes on my cleaning and told me i have to come back for the other half? I have been getting my teeth cleaned 4 times now and this is the first time ever that hygienist has told me i need two appointments for cleaning which i found odd. oh and two appointments means twice the billing:-) Its unfortunate because i liked the staff at wallcentre but I am disappointed and will be looking at my other options in the area ,

I am a total baby when it comes to going to the dentist. The team was very understanding and kind. Dr. Karkanis was very patient with all of my questions. He is super nice and thorough. I will be getting my first tooth extraction in a couple of days (for braces) and Dr. Karkanis clearly outlined what would happen and put my mind at ease. A shout out to Kaitlyn as well for being super nice and making me feel comfortable. I had put off going to the dentist for a long time and am so happy that I have found a great new dentist and dental team. Five stars.

But my hygienist at Atlantis - Kelly - was such a pro. She was professional and so sweet, explained everything, never sprayed water on my face, and gave me great tips to improve my teeth. The TVs on the ceiling are a great distraction too. Julia, the office manager at reception, is phenomenal. I was laughing at her emails before I met her. And my invoice was LESS THAN my estimate! I booked an appointment for my daughter. The staff was helpful, the assistant was supportive and the dentist ( Dr. Mitchell) was super friendly to my daughter, making her comfortable and giving me clear information about the treatment required. Unfortunately, the clinic doesn't provide the service, but, based on my experience there, I would hugely recommend this clinic.

I went in for a single cracked molar that a different dentist, Dr. Wedman, had identified and…read morescheduled to fix. Dr. Wedman went on parental leave before my appointment, and I was reassigned to Dr. Baird, who I had not met before. Once I was numbed, outfitted with a mouth dam and therefore unable to speak easily, Dr. Baird said cavities often come in pairs and asked to look at the tooth next to the cracked one. I agreed to a look. Without first confirming my consent to any work, he drilled into and filled that second tooth as well. He then found a chip on a third tooth and said he'd fix it "as charity," at no charge. Later in the appointment, after adjusting my bite, he asked if he could shave down part of an untouched, healthy top tooth so it wouldn't sit too high on the brand new filling. I said no, I'd prefer he didn't. He did it anyway. I left having had three teeth worked on instead of the one I came in for, my face covered in tooth dust that no one wiped down until I was handed a wet wipe afterward, and a healthy tooth altered without my consent after I explicitly declined. When I got the bill, the tooth I was told would be free showed a real charge. I'm still working with the office to sort that out, but the billing issue is secondary to the larger problem: a dentist who did not respect a direct "no" during treatment. Georgia Dental's own website quotes Dr. Baird saying "the best dentistry begins with listening." That is the exact opposite of my experience in the chair. Dr. Baird did not listen to me at all. I would not see Dr. Baird again and would think carefully before returning to this office.

I'm more confident at going to a dentist now because of Dr. Kaveh because he's made all my visits much less painful since I'm not good at managing pain and is terrified of dentists. When I raised questions about potential causes the doctor was just very impatiently said "blame your parents for bad genes" A bit suspicious but I understand these things are better be treated at early stages and can be hard to tell by the patient. So I went to another 2 dentist places for a second and third opinion. Both places confirmed I am good and no need for any surgery The routine cleaning was pretty good, but the random thousands dollars of unnecessary procedures was just not acceptable, and when I was trying to discuss the potential complications, the doctor just said, "it's laser, very safe " Anyway, I'm not a professional dentist, maybe it's a edge case and can have multiple interpretations, but I feel being pushed and almost threatened for doing their surgeries.
