I was reluctant to switch but after a couple of cleanings that I felt were rushed and careless, I decided to try Seycove Dental on recommendation from my dad. I am sooo happy that I switched! All the staff (receptionist, hygienists, and dentists) are VERY nice. They put a lot of effort into making sure the patient is comfortable, even if it's just for a cleaning. They let you choose what you would like to watch on tv, give you glasses so that the lights don't bother your eyes, and they let you choose between normal fluoride in trays or a fluoride rinse. It was not like this at the other place I went to. I never feel that the hygienists are rushing through my cleaning. They also noticed things about my teeth that my other dentist had never mentioned to me before... which was odd. When my dental coverage switched to a student plan, they helped me out a lot with the process and when I told them my coverage was ending soon, they made sure I got in before it expired and got all my x-rays up-to-date while I was still covered. Maybe it's strange to be this happy about a dental clinic but I highly recommend Seycove Dental and have already recommended it to many people!

After only two visits (1 cleaning and check up and one to have fillings done), I decided to take my business elsewhere. Even though I can't walk to my new dentist, the difference between the two places is like night and day. As time as passed it seems that my time with the dentist were getting shorter and shorter. Before I stopped going to this clinic, Dr. Yee was extremely late, and the time spent with him was (what felt like) less than 1 minute. He didn't even see me the last time I went! It honestly feels like Dr. Yee has figured out being a dentist and now he's more focused on being an entrepreneur, expanding his office and hiring more dental hygienists. As of my last experience I give 1 star, but honestly he does quality work. My orthodontist complimented the Veneer work that Yee did so +2 stars for that. "J" doesn't usually complain about pain but this issue needed to be diagnosed right away. After recommendations from my sister, who said there was a dentist office just down the street, we went to see Dr. Kim at the Sunstone Dental Clinic. This newer building was decorated neatly and eye pleasing on the inside. My daughter and I were both thrilled with the immediate friendly service we received. We were even given a short wait for an immediate emergency appointment! While we waited all of six minutes, we were offered a cup of tea or coffee by Kristy. To my surprise, a delicious cup of coffee arrived in a charming tea cup on a tray accompanied by cold cream, sweetener and two biscuits! Tea house style!! I was encouraged to bring it with me into the exam room. The doctor, James Kim was kind and possessed a great bedside manner as he explained what he concluded after inspecting the xrays. Considering our limited time before flying home, he kindly gave options for her treatment. We decided it was best to wait to have a route canal, filling and crown by a periodontist back home. He could pull the tooth in question if the pain was unbearable but he recommended my daughter to save her tooth. After paying, J and I left with a prescription for an antibiotic and ibuprofen recommendation. We agreed that this visit was most professional and reassuring! If my sister or anyone is wanting dental care in the North Delta area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Kim his team!

I went to scheduled hour and there was other dentist than mine. I warned this" dentist" about one of my tooth to watch out and not touch it because I know it is weak and I want to do implant after I come back in January (my dentist knew about that - I will be on month trip outside country) I can't start this just before trip. Dentist told me ok it won't be touched. I also told him that I breastfeed. Then his assistant prepared other tooth for filling. It was not attached to tooth I told dentist about. After anaesthesia She started flossing. She flossed tooth I mentioned not to touch. This tooth was cracked and she flossed it hard a few times with real strength and of course it fell of. I am flossing it at home every day and it was ok. She really put a lot of strength to pull this tooth out. Then dentist told her that's ok because I mentioned that tooth is weak! They were talking while I was with mouth opened and really pissed at them. He mentioned that he is dentist for 15 years. Meantime assistant changed to another one because of shift end. Then they finished and I told why they touched this tooth I asked to not?! Dentist's answer was :"it was moving anyway". It wasn't I told him I'm not stupid I wash and floss it every day. But he told me he won't be discussing it. By the way - he didn't touch this tooth only his assistant so I wonder how he knew it is moving? Dentist told me to his solution: glue this with cement for about $200 or use.... a GLUE!!! Krazy glue - they even gave me name of glue. No, it's not special glue for dentistry purposes. Regular glue like super glue. I was shocked. Regular glue? It's not obvious what is inside this broken tooth - maybe bacteria or something. And I breastfeed. I was afraid to end up at hospital with their advice. Next day I found another dentist who helped me. Meantime I saw that PoCo Comfort dentistry called. I answered at the evening and they told me they will cement my tooth for free next week. And they were sorry for advice. I told them that I did repair my tooth so they can pay for it. They seemed to be a little afraid that they gave me "professional advice" about glueing tooth. I asked for names of people that took care of me. They told me that I will get an email with this but I didn't. Next week I had appointment so I called that I won't come and I asked once again for names. I didn't get it. Not only that will make fool of you but also they will give you professional advice to use a glue. And they have secret doctors without names - you can't know who "heal" you. Of course there was no way that they will pay for my tooth .

I went to the hotel front desk and they suggested I see if your practice could help. We walked over to the office on a friday afternoon at 3:45 and explained my issue. The staff said no problem we can fit you in roughly 20 minutes. They x-rayed, took pictures and were able to prepare my tooth for our two week vacation! I wish I could give this team more that a five star rating! They were professional, kind, responsive without any hesitation. If you were in my neighborhood, I would come to you for all of my dental needs. Thank you for all you did for me! I was so impressed! You are incredible!

What i didn't like is that this place is crazy busy and on my last appointment i felt my work was rushed , Dr Roshen was running between me and the patient next room, so he was trying to do two work at the same time, in fact he froze the top of my mouth (which even made me not feel my nose for hours) and ended up by not being able to finish the work, my work that was suppose to be an hour lasted more than 2 hours(I waited manytimes with tubes in my mouth while the dentist was in the other room working on someone else), I think its unprofessional for a dentist to freeze someone and then tell em "hey look I am overbooked and i wont finish the work, come back some other time" in a previous appointment the hygienist spent 45 minutes on my cleaning and told me i have to come back for the other half? I have been getting my teeth cleaned 4 times now and this is the first time ever that hygienist has told me i need two appointments for cleaning which i found odd. oh and two appointments means twice the billing:-) Its unfortunate because i liked the staff at wallcentre but I am disappointed and will be looking at my other options in the area ,
