They could not have been more kind and gracious. A dreaded visit actually became the highlight of my day (or at least close). Stuart had quoted me a price online from a photo and told me he could most likely work me in same day. Then he did the work himself in less than an hour and charged me exactly what he'd quoted (BTW: his quote was about a third the price of another company).
