I tried to get a quote, they wouldn't help which was fine but they send some fake message saying if you have any questions reach out. I asked why they didn't want to do my repair so I would know for the next person and they ignored me. I don't mind if they can't or won't do the repair but I don't like the fake message trying to seem helpful when they aren't. read more

I would give less than one star if it was an option. I called to see what I needed to do to get a quote for my insurance and the man said to bring it in and we'll take pictures and write up a quote. Well...that's not how it happened. I took my vehicle in, and the man was very rude and would not help me. He told me to get a list from the insurance company and go somewhere else. I called to ask a few questions regarding an estimate and was talked over and treated rudely by the owner, Craig. According to Craig, unless it is an insurance job they are not interested in your business. If you're not filing an insurance claim this place will be a waste of your time. I get that business owners want to set themselves up to make the most money possible, but the customer service here was anything but superior and left me with a sense that they ride the line on insurance fraud. Even if their is no fraud happening, they definitely make the lion share of their money racking up estimates on inexperienced drivers or folks who don't care because the insurance company is footing the bill. There are plenty of legitimate body shops in town that will treat you right and this is not one of them. read more

If your after; a timely estimate, staff that is knowledgable with insurance and great work. These guys are the pro's. My family & I have used Superior for about 6 years on a couple of different cars. I went down to the shop and requested an estimate in the morning and received it that evening. The estimates from Craig (the owner), was less than what the insurance adjuster had come up with. The turnaround time was fairly short when we have taken our car in to the shop. If it did take extra time it was because there was damage that we could not see until the car was "opened up". Craig negotiated any damage that Insurance adjuster could not have been able to find until it was opened up. Craig was able to negotiate the supplement on our behalf and make sure that the car was brought back to working order. I have issue with a previous review for Superior Automotive where the person writing the review; (1) Did not bring in a car for an estimate or has never had a car at Superior Automotive. (2) Is assuming or insinuating that something fraudulent is happening without having full knowledge of facts (3) Usually people are writing because they are immature and didn't get their way. (4) Had no intention in becoming a customer. The truth is, the review was done because they wanted Superior to have a lower price for an estimate when they were the liable party and caused the indemnity to another car. The liable party wanted to settle out with a private pay because they didn't want their insurance rates to go up. The liable party asked me to get an estimate so he could pay for damages "private pay". In my estimation he didn't like the estimate that Superior provided so he gave a bad review. I'm not going to get my way, so you are going to pay for it with a bad review. Trying to make the world revolve around his belly button. People have a right to have their own opinion, sure. But trying to weasel a price down and trying to devalue what Craig has been working at for 30 plus years. That is a way of insulting someones livelihood. If Craig came across as "rude", take a walk in his moccasins. I don't think I would want to be so nicey nice with some guy telling me I should do this for less because he doesn't want to be put out the cash. You can figure out who wrote the review pretty easy, it is the only bad one you will ever see. read more
