Went to FLUID on a referral from a friend to pick up a vaporizer setup that was high quality, easy to use, and didn't leak. I never got the sales representatives name, but she was courteous, FAST (I was in a rush) and only gave me the pertinent information that I needed. She also REFUSED to let me leave the store without setting up and testing the vaporizer - I am very glad she did that because I would have never figured it out. She also had TO DIE FOR stunning Green Eyes! They did not have the "top part" that I really wanted, but they are on the way and I am expecting a call when they arrive. I bought a very high quality glass top piece that is sending out some serious vapor. Of course, I didnt' understand anything about the nicotine content or the flavors etc. She guided me through what nicotine content was equivalent to how many cigarettes I smoked per day. She also told me that she was setting up the battery/vaprozer thingy the way it should be to vape properly and to taste as good as it could get. Instead of telling me to buy a bunch of replacement things - she told me to wait because it would be a waste of money if I was eventually going to go with a different top portion. As far as the quitting smoking has gone - I smoked two cigarettes before 9am today - didn't smoke one for 5 hours then took a few drags and it tasted TERRIBLE. It is now nearly 6pm and I have had a total of 2.5 cigarettes all day. I am pretty psyched. The unit I decided on is called an ELEAF Istick 30w - and the top portion is called Kangertech AeroTank2. I am SUPER HAPPY with this product. My service was top of the heap - full bar - best I could have expected. To be honest, I was expecting a bunch of hippies with a take it or leave it attitude. I received some very knowledgeable staff members that are obviously excited and well informed about what they are selling. Now it's time to get some different flavors and really have fun! This store used to be my go to place for hookah products and shisha until recently…read more Up until today, they used to come close to price matching some of their prices on shisha to prices from the larger online retailers like Hookah-Shisha and HookahJohn. I took my business here because I'm a believer in supporting small businesses and shops as much as possible. Today, as I called before driving over, I was told that this is no longer possible. Specifically when asking about why a box that's available to consumers for $17 online is being sold for $25 in store, I was told to call the other store to speak to a manager. As I called the other store, the employee hung up on me mid sentence, and did not pick up any of my next few calls. When they finally did, I was told that "this is our rule and we charge you the price we need to charge you because you get the convenience of having the product now. You can buy your products online and wait". As a retail store, even though it's understandable to have prices at slightly higher levels to make a profit when not selling at larger volumes like online retailers, there is no justification to not work with customers making reasonable requests. Expecting the "lowest price guaranteed" is a lot to ask from small business owners, but customer service and reasonable prices is the bare minimum. I will do as the manager told me to and take my business elsewhere. Save your $ for someplace that doesn't hike up prices over 45% and appreciates customer loyalty.

A walk in humidor with a wide array of mild Connecticut leaf wrappers to the rich and bold maduros. Robusots, torpedoes, Churchill's, they have a broad and varied selection.
