My boyfriend is an avid bike rider and takes special care of his bike so when his chain broke on a trail you can imagine his grief. We found Suffolk pro online and saw the great reviews so we decided to give them a try. We met Greg who knows everything about bikes. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the bikes really knew what he was talking about. The price he gave my bf to repair his bike was fair for everything that was done. Such as replacing the new chain cassette and new tires and a few other things. The repairs were fast and took no time at all, only a few short days.
