They are so very nice and treat customers great the prices are good. I've looked online and can't find cheaper prices

For a specialty store you would think that they would be grateful for a customer to stop in. However, it's more like a burden. As one of the prior reviewers noted customer service is not stellar. In fact in my few short moments in this store I overheard conversations between the employees that made you wish you went elsewhere. As far as the store's stock, they do have everything you could ask for when looking for a tobacco store. Even with what would be a saving grace for a specialty store like this, it's not really much of one. Especially when you can go to one of the many convenience stores in the area and finding the same thing. It's worth a stop if you are in this small shopping strip, but not that store that you need to make a special trip for. read more

I recently called to determne a price only to be informed: we don't provide pices over the phone. Yet I persisted and was informed the price of what I had been interested in was under $14.00! Well I'd already called a competiter beforhand and their price was $13.13. Therefore I figured ones prices were basically within the same range?. Well lo and behold when I arrived there suddenly the price wasn't under $14.00 dollars any more it was rather a whopping $15.15 per roll!. Yes wherein is their even any honesty, integrity, confidence, and reliance regarding this establishment? Even that they also keep their words besides the fact this refusal to also provide any prices over the phone is certainly very fishy to me as it seems I recently learned? This place sucks. The only good thing about it is there is a girl that works there, who is absolutely nice and a good conversationalist. She's great. She has a skull tattoo on her hand. Will definitely go back because of her, & will definitely tell my friends as well. :) read more

Horrible! Tried to go there today. Before I could get in door lady comes running out and says I can't bring my kids in and says she is closing anyway cause she needs to go to the bathroom!!! What in the world. I was in such shock. Will never bother going there again!!!! read more

I recently purchased 12 cigars made by Drew Estates. They were in the Natural line of cigars, Dirt to be specific. I love Drew Estate cigars. I was, however, extremely disappointed when I smoked a few and found that everyone was dry and flaking. Definitely a sign that they are not properly being humidified. I will never buy cigars from there again. I am hoping with some care I can bring these cigars back to life. read more

I recently went to this establishment to get cigs and a lighter immediately when I walked through the door I was greeted face to face with a grumpy sales clerk demanding my I.D I retrieved my Wallet from my pocket but before I could even open it she snatched it out of my hands while perusing over my I.D she continued to say that if I am going to try to make a purchase in here it will be checked again and out through the computer I immediately walked out without buying anything I felt so offended I would tell people to steer clear of this grungy smoke gazed stale cigar tobacco outlet with frumpy pushy clerks read more
