I was all ready to go to the next step with important family docs that needed to be in place so I could proceed with another step in legal family matters. As the reviewing person before me, I have never worked with this business and I am leaving a "disheartening" review. After experiencing the burning need of validating the important documents pronto, zero response became part of the whole notary public experience. As time went by, called another notary public person, who answered right away and met me within 2 hours from taking the call and so things are rolling as needed. Bradley, I see from your other reviews you are good at what you do, but there is a weak link in your work process when there is zero response for two business days while bureaucratic pressure is on. read more
