Clearly you can tell it from the classic outfit, the long corrider, the vintage lamp at the entrance and of course, those framed pictures hanging the whole walls. Maybe Prime Minister John Key felt the same way. If not, we wouldn't see his photos with a jar of beer by the post outside of Kentish Hotel. Clearly, it is an old hotel & bar, but, favored by the old and new. Walking into and get involved immediately, by witness a pretty young lady finishing her 1KG of Buffalo Nibbles. Yes, you will be feeling shocked like me. However, it is another sign that young people are keen to this place and especially the food here. Sitting down, with loads of photos accompany me, on which are all New Zealand Olympics Champions, smiling, feeling proud of the precious moment. Impressive. While waiting for my bites, a group of men workers were chatting with beer on hand. Yes, this place is such a mixture of diversity.You can experience young, old, classes, attitude, history and of course, nice beer. A glass of Red Lion in my stomach, I felt a bit refreshed. Then came my Chips and half a kilo Buffalo Nibbles. How could anyone resist that sort of temptations? Not me. One bite in, a bit sour, pungent, spicy but sweet flavor flood my taste buds.
