I am a trustee of a small condo association in Reading MA. This is our second year since building completion and the first year having Pulsar technicians do our alarm/sprinkler/fire extinguisher inspection. The crew that came were great! They were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and above all professional. They worked with me to create the least disruption possible as several unit owner's work from home. I don't know who this person is but I totally disagree. They have been in business for a long time…read moreand have many happy customers and long time employees. They operate to the letter of the law, just like most companies. But also just like in life, you get treated pretty much how you treat others. So if you are a good employee, then they will treat like the valued employee that you are. This person also says that "they probably don't pay them well either". So this person didn't even work there and is therefore making this all up. Pulsar is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and is always working towards building a better employee culture for fulfilling long-term careers with growth and advancement. I personally have worked there for many years and they have made tremendous progress in every facet of the business.

Working with Pulsar Alarms was one of the best experiences I've had with a vendor since first starting our senior community back in 2009. While we were dealing with the horrible aftermath of Snowmageddon, they showed up on time and literally rescued our residents homes from what could have been a disaster of lost memories and heirlooms. They not only had access to supplies that were hard to find and in high demand but they found and fixed hundreds of busted pipes the right way, the first time. All with a courteous and customer focused approach that my residents really responded to. They finished the job in record time with a fair price.
