Established in 1980.

In 1980, while working as an accountant for what is now Eckard's, Frank Puma began filing income taxes for people as well as helping local business with their payroll and bookkeeping. Frank worked out of his home office in Rome, NY for nearly 25 years. When in 2004, Frank trained and hired a small staff to form Frank Puma Accounting. In 2016. Frank re-established his income tax and payroll company to it's current name Puma Accounting. Puma Accounting has offered Error Free Guarantee income tax and payroll services since 1980.
