I will admit at first…read moretheir rates are good at first but they have terrible service, promise to call you back with requested information and don't and after a year your insurance premiums go up dramatically without you having any accidents or other negatives on your driving record. Inez was my rep. From inception she was supposed to get back to me with a quote for auto, renters and motorcycle insurance. She never got back to me within the week she said she would so I began my onslaught of phone calls to inquire again and AGAIN! Each time she said she'd have to get back to me and never did. I eventually jumped the gun and just got the auto insurance because my policy renewal date was coming up with a different company and I didn't want to play the refund game. After locking me in, Inez neglected to get me the requested info for the renters and motorcycle. I have since called on various occasions and have always gotten the "I'll get back to you" from her and some other guy at the firm. Its been a good year now. You folks give Latino's a bad rep. Make us all seem like unreliable yes men. Perhaps that's what you're going for. Unfortunately some of my people pride themselves with showing up late and never calling back when they say they will as if it were a good thing...It isn't. Call back and follow up. Or at least pick up the phone. Your office hours are from 9-6 Impossible for you to be too busy to answer between 10 and 5. Now my premium has gone up an extra 50 bucks in a year and I haven't had an accident, speeding ticket or any other infraction for that matter. I dunno what to say... Good luck if you do use them, otherwise use a different progressive agent. They suck.

I speak Spanish, but the woman at the front desk in this office speaks absolutely zero English. If you're not fluent in Spanish don't expect to be able to communicate with this office. They don't call you back when they say they don't get back to you with the information when they say, or send anything on time or filled out correctly. I wanted to use somebody in the neighborhood, but forget these people. I realize there's a lot of Colombians in this area, but it would be nice if at least there is one or two people you communicated with at this office that spoke English. Go somewhere else.

I spoke to a agent by the name of Shontee R Seward. I told her I was the person been added to the account, and I gave her my liscence information and everything she asked me for. I gave her my email address and that's how we communicated. She never sent me a picture with the new policy with both our names on it, so I just let a few days past by thinking either she was going to send it or he receives it in the mail. Now I need this policy ASAP! to start driving in my job and I try contacting Shontee but she wouldn't respond to my emails my last option was calling the place. Due to not been around my cousin made it difficult just in case they ask me a question and j wouldn't know it. I called and some one answer not Shontee dough. I told them I needed a picture of the policy and I explain to her everything I just wrote above. She then put me on hold for like 5 minutes and kept talking to some in the background. Then she ask me what's my cousin date of birth. I ain't know it by hard so I had to call him and before I called him I told her he's at work it's his first day of his new job that's why he's not around me on this call. I called my cousin and he told me his date of birth when I tell her then she tells me she's not sending me the info she's sending it to him. I told her I spoke to Shontee and the information was sent to my email address since he ain't know English very well. At this point I'm going back and forth with her. She never sent it to me. Sent it to my cousin but then made a complaint to my cousin saying I was rushing her and being unprofessional. Worst customer service I had. My cousin called me kind of upset at the situation, I feel bad myself that agent would call him like I understand if you have safety rules invade of fraud etc.. but I gave you enough proof I was the person behind the phone.
