Leilani was so easy to work with, flexible when I needed a change, and kept me totally informed. They arrived right on time the day of my event, and the tables and chairs were in great shape. They quickly picked up the next day, and even cheerfully came back again because I accidentally mixed in some of my own chairs. The dinner was absolutely stunning for our 15 guests. Delivery and set up was excellently communicated, as well as pick up of everything the next day. I immediately called to let them know everyone attending the event had flown from out of town and there was no way I could return the tables and chairs on Monday (flights were Sun evening). The owner did go out of his way to allow me to return on Sun but I had to argue this with him and he was a bit of jerk about it which made me feel like I had to be a jerk back.
