Great price, very affordable. However, they didn't offer delivery since it was such a low cost job, which is understandable. I did knock off a star due to communication. When I originally inquired I said the the event was Saturday and would like to pickup Sat and drop off Sun. I was never told that they were closed on Sun and would need to drop off Monday until after signing the lease paperwork and got the confirmation email indicating store hours. I immediately called to let them know everyone attending the event had flown from out of town and there was no way I could return the tables and chairs on Monday (flights were Sun evening). The owner did go out of his way to allow me to return on Sun but I had to argue this with him and he was a bit of jerk about it which made me feel like I had to be a jerk back. I haven rented from Thank Q rentals twice now. They are very accommodating. Both times I rented over holidays and I was able to coordinate pick up a few days before the holiday. The equipment is in quality condition and is very clean. The owner told me he cleans all of the orders himself prior to them leaving the stores, which is a big deal with everything that is going on in the world right now. Pricing is fantastic. I had two small orders and I was very pleased with the total for 2 tables and half a dozen chairs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs rentals, for both events big and small. This was the 3rd year I have used these folks for my Thanksgiving party. I always get tables and chairs from these guys but have my own canopies. They are more than fair by allowing us to pick up on Tuesday, return on Friday and only get charged for one day! The prices are a real bargain too. Very little effort on my part. Since the new owners took over the customer service has really picked up. I showed up thinking they closed a half-hour from then to find out that they had closed a half-hour earlier. By chance, Josh was there and he had already closed up the shop. Lucky for me he was willing to accommodate my needs for a party the next day. He let me in, turned back on the computer and rang me up. He then loaded up my car and sent me on my way. He even gave me a reminder call when I hadn't returned the equipment before they closed. That's customer service I never got with the previous owners. We rented from here for our backyard wedding, and not only were the wine glasses missing, but all the champagne flutes were filthy. Not much we could do but wash every flute before the ceremony, and use our own glasses and mugs for our guests' wine. To make matters worse, I called twice to complain and never got ahold of anyone, left messages, and never heard back, not even an apology. Imagine my surprise to arrive and find the store closed, with a sign that said they closed at 11:00 on Memorial Day. The sign said they 'tried' to notify customers who called on Fri or Sat to come before 11 on Monday. No attempt was made to call me. I went to Thank Q Rental two months in advance to rent tables and chairs for 90 people, an arch, 6-foot trellis panels, and a dance floor for my wedding. Everything was fine and I was appreciative of their affordable costs. However, two days before my wedding they cancelled everything. They said it was supposed to rain all day and that the chairs were the only thing we could have. This was an evening wedding, and most forecasts said that it was to clear up mid-afternoon. The dance floor I understand, but how are plastic tables and panels going to get ruined by a little rain? Discouraged, I requested a tent to protect their dance floor just in case, and they still refused. We were forced to scramble and find replacements for everything just ONE DAY BEFORE the wedding, and it barely rained on the big day, the weather was beautiful and perfect. I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service (I could have done without their political lobbying for the store owner as well), and the only bright side was not having to give this business my money after their abrupt cancellation. read more

I've rented here for years and at this point would give ZERO stars if I could. Reserved tables Monday for Friday. Arrived 2:45pm (they close at 3). Clerk's first comment was "it's kinda late". [Umm...you're still open, sir.] Was asked to confirm my rental: seven 6ft folding resin tables. Response: "yeah we don't have any of those". I said "we reserved them on Monday!". His response was, "yeah but there was no note on them". [WHAT???] He said he'd show me what he had: non-folding, VERY used 6ft wood tables and 8ft non-folding resin tables. NOT what I reserved and not something I can move with a broken foot! I told him that won't work and he said "well, sorry about that". He then said "well do you just want to cancel then?". [Ummm....YOU GAVE AWAY MY RESERVED TABLES!! WHAT ELSE WOULD I DO????] What I politely said, was "since you don't have the tables I reserved, I think that would be best". No offer to right the wrong to the customer at all. I thought my event would be ruined at this late time in the day. I rented tables from this place. They were the oldest most worn out junky tables I have ever seen! One of the tables had splinters that cut a 1 inch gash in one of our guests arms. When I told the owner about it he wasn't even phased. He hardly acknowledged that I was standing in front of him! If there are medical costs incurred I will be suing this business. No Thank Q!!!!!!! I rented tables chairs and a dance floor for my daughters wedding. They were to deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday. The did not deliver until Saturday. I had a rehersal dinner and rehersal with no tables and chairs, and it did not phase the manager at Thank Q Rentals. The tables and chairs were very dirty and the tables had to be duct taped to keep the metal edging to keep from poking through the linens. The dance floor was terribly discolored and had to be duct taped to hold it together. I have left 2 messages for the owner Doug to call me and it has been a week and he has not returned any calls. The owner Doug Quellqnd runs for public office. Beware and don't vote for him. If he serves in a public office like he serves his customers he will be a huge dissapointment. We used ThankQ rental for a company open house. I was very disappointed in the quality of the items rented and their poor customer service. I was told when I placed my order that the cocktail tables were brand new, that they did not need tablecloths, they were not. They were in such poor condition I had to run out last minute to purchase tablecloths to cover them up. Several of the black chairs we rented had paint on them & we didn't use them. When I called to complain about the quality of the items I was told by Vic that I should have used Arizona Rentals as their quality was better and he HUNG UP ON ME!! Don't use this company. I too cried on my wedding day, all thanks to this place. My tables, chairs and dance floor were delivered a day late. I spent my entire wedding day setting up my reception tables, etc. It was a complete disaster. The chairs were dirty and sticky and I had to have 2 little girls clean 110 chairs for me. The tables were even more sticky and whatever was on them wouldn't come off and bled through my table cloths. When we went to the store to complain we were told Doug Q was out until Monday and we asked to have him call us. We also called on Monday and left a message. Never received a phone call back. I will never use this place for any events again. And unfortunately for Thank Q Rentals no one that attended my wedding will be using them because it was blatantly obvious that they ruined everything. read more

We rented two outdoor propane space heaters for our Christmas party and followed the instructions we were given to operate. While we were able to get one to operate for approx. 1/2 hour before it went out (for good) the second unit never would start. Numerous tries, and numerous guests attempted, but units wouldn't work. They were picked up by Thank-Q Rental with full propane tanks. Thank-Q Rentals reported to us that there was nothing wrong with the units (after their tests) and would not adjust our rental fee. We didn't expect a full refund (of course) but really, the tanks were full of fuel upon return and no consideration was made. We will NOT repeat business with this company not because the units wouldn't work for us, but the whole "I got your money and there's nothing you can do" attitude was just a little more than we can handle. read more
