The owners are great folks also. Very pet friendly! We made many memories here with our family, mainly the grandkids, who are already asking if we can go back and visit. They loved fishing in the pond, playing on the swings and basketball court, and walking the trails. Its a very peaceful and beautiful place. Would definitely recommend to anyone for short or long term stay.

The Belgian Malinios has the run of the place. Nice enough dog, but if you have a female that's not spayed....he will mount her! Happened twice to the neighbors we had. Not to mention they sh*t all over. And your not told when you arrive that there's a huge dog that roams around. Also, no dumpster. Cheap owner won't get one. You either burn you trash or take it to the landfill yourself. They don't clean the sites when someone leaves, so if they leave junk behind, there it stays, until someone else takes that spot and removes it themselves. One rv left, a satellite dish and some sort of homemade seat was left, it was still there when we left, about 4-5 weeks after they left. The pond is a hole that fills with mud water when it rains. There are no standards when it comes to how people keep their sites. And some are pretty nasty. There's no WiFi! She took it out, says she'll get it soon, but like the dumpster, don't hold your breath. The are showers, but, you half to pay $5.00 to use it. Even if you live there and pay rent. She also doesn't give a crap when her electrical boxes are faulty. Our 50 amp receptacal went out, we had our rv tech check it, she had a fit that someone touched her box! All he did was check it with a meter, then she blamed us for it! She never sent a tech out to test it properly. That was the last straw! We couldn't wait to leave! We're now in a RV park we love. With owners that care. Do yourself a favor and bypass this one. Unless you like living with all I listed, in that case, go for it.
