From day one of our orientation with Saira, to the first day we brought our daughter into the Infant room, all the way to the last day, when we had to take her out due to a family relocation/move...every day with Siara and her team, felt like they were my family! Not only did The staff/teachers make sure my daughter was cared for with love and care but they spent one on one time with her, teaching her a wide variety of categories that were essential for her core development at her age. I owe her confidence to every teacher she engaged with! There was never one second that I felt worried about her and that is the ultimate feeling any parent dreams of when others are caring for their children! Our kids are going to different schools and love the before and after care. We drop them off in the morning, where they are served breakfast and in the afternoon they get an afternoon snack before I pick them up. Our kids actually tell us "don't pick me up early". Which I think is proof that they love being at KB. Last year our 4yr old was in PreK with Ms. Lori and Ms. Irina. We couldn't have been happier. We loved the wonderful and consistent teachers in the class. They keep an orderly class while having lots of fun! I called KinderCare late that Monday afternoon, after reading about them online, I spoke with Kayla on the phone and she was extremely helpful, put me at ease about everything, and was able to get my son in the next day and for the rest of the week with no problems, in their Discovery Preschool area. They made it very easy to get him in on such short notice, and I felt extremely comfortable with my son going there. He enjoyed his time there, and the staff kept me very informed and welcomed to all of the goings-on while my son was in their care. I would recommend their drop-in care to anyone I know who is in need of childcare at a short notice. They made my entire week better. And I will now be sending my son there on a more regular basis.

Not only do they constantly close classrooms they charge you for services not received. They refuse to credit accounts even with multiple emails asking for correction. Good luck trying to speak to someone because they never answer their phones at the center.

My child was asleep on her cot when Terez Estrada walked over to her, kicking the cot several times, then lifting it with her foot, causing my child to jump out of her sleep scared. The cot nearly rolled over. About 5 minutes later I watched my child walk up to Terez Estrada pointing to the bathroom signaling that she had to potty. Terez Estarda never once looked down at my child to give her the attention. As all of this was taking place I left work early, rushing through traffic to make my way to Everbrook Academy. On the drive there, I continued to watch the live cameras and and repeatedly witnessed Terez Estrada mistreat and neglect my child. While the children were being lined up to go outside, Terez Estrada forced my child to stay inside while all of the other children went outside. During snack time, Terez Estrada literally poured my child's snack on the bare table while giving the other kids a bowl to eat out of. Once I arrived at Everbrook Academy, I immediately spoke with the principal, Sydney Richardson, and told her everything that I had witnessed. The next day, I received a phone call from the Director of Everbrook Academy, Barb. She told me that she would view the tapes and then would give me a call back to set up a meeting to discuss the incident. It is now October and I haven't heard anything from Barb. This incident has definitely been swept up under the rug while Terez Estrada still remains an active employee at Everbrook Academy. This was one of my biggest fears about placing my child in daycare and to witness this all happen is heartbreaking.
