I had a $2 off coupon from the Anoka County Shopper that they would not honor. It was their coupon, but the price was the same with or without the coupon, which to me means false advertising. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told I need to call back at 8 AM and I may or may not catch him. To me this is totally unacceptable and a lousy business practice. As a followup to this, I did follow up with a representative of the company and they helped set things straight. They have adjusted their coupon in the Anoka County Shopper and have also talked with their staff. I will certainly be returning my business to them and would have given them a 5, but I did start this out as a complaint, so 4 stars it is.

I had asked if they can switch to a different trailer and from one of there employees who I believe name was Dan or Nick in his early 30s, with a small beard had said a hard no with an attitude. The manager or owner I believe had then came and asked what was the issue and I had explained and he seen that I couldn't any further for by reversing back by trying not to hit one of their tanks that weren't able to be moved by a dolly, and there dolly's in the front of the way, had also said a hard no and made us late to our destination eventually.
