This offering ** PunchTV Studio has a 'F' rating on BBB** ..........and rightly rated. Buyer BEWARE of PunchTV Studio ~ it is a SCAM. TV offering, selling shares, is a complete scam. They were running TV ads to invest in them a couple years back. I am a Senior, on SSI, and hoped purchasing 2,000 shares at a so called 'bargain' of $1/share would give me a little return with a goal to sell when shares quadrupled. Not only did I never receive anything in hard copy by mail regarding my investment into them, but they were impossible to reach anyone with any knowledge to help me other than to say I needed to download info from their website. I quickly realized I did not qualify as an investor, as a Senior on SSI and low income status, but their ability to avoid you, never return messages by phone, text, email, etc. is outrageous. They have your money and hope you never hold them accountable. Per PunchTV Studios website when it comes to your so-called stock, you have to be an accredited investor: Buyer BEWARE PunchTV Studio is a SCAM. The so-called stock was selling at a $1/per share before the SEC banned the company for forging and lying on a person stating they were a CPA and worked with the company. After the banned PunchTV Studios decided to sale their so called stock at $5/per share since the company had great success with sucker innocent people out of money. I just felt like speaking my mind today. Punch TV has been good to me. This was my first investment. I was nervous at first to trust a company with part of my savings, but Antoinette has made me feel safe about my decision to say yes the whole way through. I purchased 100 shares at first just to be safe. Then I started learning more about the company. watching the channel and looking at their online streaming and realized that this company has great potential, so then I invested 300 more. Lately, I have been having a question about when the company will public and what are some other things that the company will be doing for the future. Today I spoke with a representative from the company she looked up my account for me after I explained I did not receive my paper certificate for my stock. She told me I had to get my stock info online at Korecon X. I explained to her that I would prefer to have mine delivered through the mail. I was fustrated until she explained to me how easy it is to go online and get my info and she will walk me through the process to make sure i able to set up that account online to access my investment information. I told her I had to call her back because i did not have that much time to do it. She told to call back again during business hour and she would walk me through it. I called back and the person who was assisting me earlier was not available but the other person said that she will give me the info and details on how to do it through email. So I gave her my email. Animation is already making me money and Punch TV Studios is on its way to make money for me. They went up to $5 per share from 1$ to me that shows progression.
