Literally every single one of them were SO helpful. Breakfast crew were great as well I was definitely upgraded to a sea view on this amazing WRAP AROUND ( half way anway) patio! Waking up and looking out the window to see the coast was just breath taking. Their indoor HEATED pool is instagram worthy! Location is walking distance from the train/bus station. We walked every morning, no issues. Breakfast was standard European breakfast but they had bacon and eggs every morning for you Americans who just cant go without a piece of home. I enjoyed their fresh juices every morning! This is probably the best hotel room i've stayed at and ive been to PLENTY! Executive lounge was peculiar, never been to open air lounge but it was cute.

Late in the evening.. not even during peak dining hours. The food lacked flavor and was overall inferior. The prawns smelled and tasted as if they were not fresh. The pasta was thick and flavorless and not consistent with other wonderful food we had experienced thus far. Overall not happy. If it weren't for the beautiful atmosphere and view, there would be ZERO reason to eat here. Do as someone else suggested which was to enjoy the sunset with drinks here and eat somewhere else!

Definitely on the high end so if your budget can't afford a week, spend two nights here. That's what I did before meeting friends for the remainder of my time in Sorrento. Since the next four days were full of touring different towns on the Amalfi coast, a boat ride to Capri and the Blue Grotto, and Pompei, I joined them at a different hotel that was more affordable since we basically were just sleeping and showering there. Our room was totally private, except for the endless views and quiet, except for the sound of the sea. One note is this hotel (and all hotels with this particular view) is about 30 minute walk from the ferry terminal and about 20+ from the train station. It was fine for us but if you want something convenient to transportation you might look for something in town. (But seriously, this place is amazing and worth the walk)

The view from the bar is excellent and the drinks and wine we had during our stay were on par with other places we had gone for drinks in Sorrento. The included breakfast was also good, a buffet with made-to-order coffees included and a few additional breakfast items you could get made-to-order (we didn't try those, just tried the buffet as we were usually in a hurry). The prices were great for what we received/experienced so I would definitely recommend!

The location is a one minute walk to the old city, which is literally right down the street and extremely accessible to get to. In the old city, you will find restaurants, tourist, souvenir shops, bars, and shopping. My wife and I only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant Nino's, which we found to be very good. If you have celiac disease, or can only eat gluten free food, they offer gluten-free options and are very accommodating. My wife has celiac disease was very happy with the accommodations. The manager told us the reservation was simply cancelled, no other explanation. It seems this whole hotel chain (grand hotel, there are 3 or 4 of them) puts people (especially Americans) wherever they want. Next time would pick another chain . Don't waste your time/money. Never had anything like this happen to me before, neither has my travel agent.

The location is good, at the beginning of the pedestrian street near many bakeries and restaurants as well as a Tim shop to buy a SIM card ($25 for 70 GB!). There's also a grocery store next door to buy water. The other good part is that the shower had very good water pressure and hot water. That was all that was good. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this one had one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. The twin bed is very narrow and I'm not a big person. My friend got a single and for the double bed, it's just 2 twin beds pushed together with no mat on top so you can't sleep in the middle. The mattress was super thin too and the bedding makes scratch Velcro sounds when you move. There is zero soundproofing to the paper thin walls so you can hear every sound from the street and the neighbors sound like they're talking in your room. I could even hear the snoring from next door. The breakfast was just awful and the same every day. How do you boil eggs wrong? They were burnt one day and the next day they were soupy so if you dare, you have to open the shell carefully and it it was a spoon. Thanks to this terrible hotel I got no sleep for 3 days and ate a bad breakfast. Would not recommend and would not stay here again by choice.

Without asking, Victoria at the front desk hooked us up with an upgrade complimentary. The room was nice, view was unreal and the bed was like a great comfy bed which you'll need after a whole day of walking around town. And the rooms are CLEAN!!! The restaurant attached to the hotel was the best meal we had in Italy- as far as a whole package goes. The service was by far hands down best service I've ever received at any restaurant ((and I'm from NYC!)). They waited over us hand and foot and treated us so well. I highly recommend it. If and when we return to Italy we will be staying here for sure.
