It's hard to believe that this near perfect environment could be any better 16 years later. Well, apparently it's possible because at my daughters appointment today, from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we walked out, every single person greeted us and smiled and seemed to love their jobs. This speaks loudly to employee moral. The technician that did her pictures down to the finance lady...everybody was informative, prompt and professional.
