They have plenty of parking. They are nestled in small shopping center on the east side of Promenade area in D'Iberville. So parking is not a problem. So we did not have any problems with crowds. The staff was very friendly and helpful since few of us was their first time there. They may offer tables seats with hardwood chairs. The cafe is very large to handle large groups. If not, you can always get them to go. She recommended the matcha boba. I could not resist. I am a matcha fan.
