Was excited to have a poke bowl place so close to where I live. For a poke bowl it is reasonably priced and the food was tasty but there was way to much rice and the things below: I was in a hurry and needed to know how long the wait was. I was told 5 minutes at the window. Ended up being 25 min. Unfortunately they are not doing create your own this time (covid time) as reflected by another yelper. As I was in the hurry and had spent my time pregaming the create my own just to find out I wasted time in my life. There website makes no mention that there create your own is not available, which is in a screenshot. I opted for the rainforest. Which luckly I asked to change the sauce as not advertised they have switched from the sweet miso sauce to the yum yum sauce. All in all the food was very good and the salmon was buttery and was not fishy. I always like to judge a place by the salmon and attempted to get a piece without any sauce on it. Really wanted to get a 2 protein bowl create your own (also only doing 24 oz bowls) because the rainforest doesn't give you enough protein and there is too much rice. They also have some unique drink options. I ended up getting the sangaria ramune lychee drink which was very delicious. Unfortunately given the multiple missteps on their menu and the complete miss on the timing I cannot recommend it at this time. read more

Thank goodness! Finally an açaí bowl place that's not 50 miles away from Biloxi. They also have poké and onigiri. Clutch. We stuck to just the smoothie bowls for this trip- tried both the pitaya and the açaí bowls, specifically the Tropical Treat and the Butter Energy. Both were great! Texture was super smooth but still frozen and not soupy. Poke bowls have definitely grown in popularity, but Owyhee Bowl has one of the BEST Poke bowls on the Coast. You get a lot of options for $12.99 with 2 proteins and a wide variety of toppings. I've had poke bowls at Fuji's, Hana's, and Samurai's and Owyhee Bowl is definitely the best as far as options and value. On my last visit, I opted for 2 proteins for only $12.99 and selected spicy tuna and squid salad atop of steamed rice. I was able to add seaweed salad, cilantro, red onion, cucumber, and pickled ginger. You can select from a variety of sauces, so I opted for the ponzu and spicy yum yum along with a seaweed/sesame mix and fried scallions. It was a large bowl. They claim 24 oz., but it could definitely be a little more depending upon your toppings. All the ingredients were fresh and service was great! My wife isn't a big raw fish fan, so she opted for the chicken teriyaki bowl and loved it. If you're new to poke, then try one of their signature bowls. The only downside I have is I wish that they opened earlier! Now, this review is based solely on their service. The service I received in a matter of 3 minutes within one phone call. I'm sure their food is great, which is why we wanted to give it a try. We had our custom poke bowl options ready to order.. we tried online first. That option was not working. We opted to calling. When we called, we were told custom bowls were not available for pick up. No worries at all, we could just look at the menu and decide what we wanted. I told the girl on the phone, "ok let me see." She responded, "or you could just call back." And hung up. Well, that's rude.. considering not being able to order online AND some MENU items were not an option, you'd think they would have been more polite. This is their inconvenience, not the customers. Anyway, won't be trying them after all. We called Samurai instead and their bowls are delicious and even though they are $5 more a piece, I'd rather pay that for better service any day. read more
